Professor Mysteria went to his class and asked them to complete a problem.

"Using the square piece of paper in front of you, get 8 triangles of the same shape in 3 cuts, using the scissors only."

No one got the problem except for one person. How did they do it?



Answer

Cut the paper in half.
Stack the two pieces of paper and cut in half again.
Now you have four pieces of paper, stack again and cut diagonally. These are the 8 triangles.
