Simply Simple
Riddles are little poems or phrases that pose a question that needs answering. Riddles frequently rhyme, but this is not a requirement.
My first is simply a vegetable, delicious, round and green.
My third and fourth are sound asleep, as plainly can be seen.
My fifth is fifty, clear enough for any riddle-setter.
Two of my second stacked on their sides will give my final letter.
Now that my second has my parts, fit them together well.
You see me now before your eyes; it's plain for all to tell.

| I loved it and I got it. I was thinking pizza at first but then I finally realized two "u"s on their side and on top of each other would look like and "e". I REALLY LIKED IT!!!! |

| Took me a second look, put I got it. At first i was thinking pizza too, but couldn't figure how the L fit in, until I realised I had missed the two Us hint. Then it became obvious. Yes, the two u's stacked on their sides don`t make a perfect E but what other letter could it even remotely resemble? |
