What Time Is It?
Trick brain teasers appear difficult at first, but they have a trick that makes them really easy.
A man asks his sons to do a chore. When they finish he pays one son 15 cents and the other son 10 cents. What time is it?
Answer
A quarter to two.

| It kind of is a joke. I liked it all the same. It's like that one that goes
"What time did Jack go to the denist?"
"2:30"
Get it: tooth-hurty, two thirty?
NE way, great teaser, i don't think anyone that hasn't heard it before would guess that. I said 9:29 b/c that was what time it was when i read the teaser!! |

This is a teaser. Trust me, if it got accepted, it's a teaser. I've had like 20 teasers rejected with notes saying "Please submit your jokes to Wocka."
This is called a TRICK question. Which means it's a "kick-yourself" question. Although, I'm not sure if this falls under trick. I dont know what it falls under.
Also, people have submitted stuff that only people in their country would know about. If Americans have to learn about other countries, then other countries should have to learn about America. |

| If you don't get it, it means that the father gave a total of 25 cents (a quarter) to two people. Ergo a quarter to two. |
