What two numbers fit in the blanks?

5, 8, 12, 18, __, __, 36, 42, 52, 60...


Answer

24, 30.

Each number is two prime numbers added to each other. The two primes are consecutive and are ascending.
5=2+3, 8=3+5, 12=5+7, 18=7+11, 24=11+13, 30=13+17, etc.
