Jog three hours, daily. 40 to 70. Take an ice bath before and after, and have five pounds of ice in a cooler backpack to cool yourself down in. It's a great routine.

Parents are supposed to "protect" their kids, but there's a real distinction between protection and unrealistically keeping children away from reality. - Life_Sucks --- One of my teasers was featured as the Teaser of the Day! :D Sept. 18 2011 :D YAY!

I kinda watch what I eat, but then I eat unhealthily. Then, I realize I don't gain any weight, though I fear doing it, so I run on the treadmil. That's how my life goes...

EDIT: Now I'm in training for volleyball and I'm jogging a lot more on the treadmil, skipping, doing some sprints and jumps. My legs really ache, now that I think about it.

You do NOT jog three hours daily Math

Grappling/Striking Class, some running, maybe a few miscellanious things.

I really like going to the gym. When I'm home, I have so many distractions that tempt me to not workout or not push myself when I do workout. But at the gym I can focus - I find I want to keep going longer, setting goals for myself in endurance and/or strength.

I try to get in three or four times a week, for about an hour or so - mixing cardio and strength training.

I don't do much I just want to play on Braingle all day long, but that would be a great day if that happened!!!!
At school we HAVE to do P.E. and Athletics, but mind you I don't mind athletics.
At school I play cricket and sometimes soccer!!!

But those are only to the bare minimum!!!!
I wish I could just stay in bed ALL DAY LONG!!!

Snappy it all depends what you eat, I am guessing that low calorie pumpkin soup you were talking about in LPW11 might be why you don't put on weight!!!

No, seriously...I can eat packets of biscuits, chocolate...full cream milk...
I do make sure I eat a balanced diet...in one hand a Mars Bar and the other hand a choc cake!!!!

No I do eat my fruit and veg....really.

Yeah. My mum always said, eat all your dinner and you can have lollies and cake after.
