People say that there are fine lines between School based sports and the world of professional life. Im one to say that I prefer watching a nice college based game, or even my alma maters high school sports over professional game anytime. I say this because watching a college or high school game the players seem to have more fire in the bellys. They have more of a sense of pride to play for, they play for there school, for a rivalry, for a sense of accomplishment on their team. But when I watch a professional game it just gives me the feeling that they play the sport because of the mere fact that they get payed to do it. They loaf around, and seem to play at a slow pace, because well they can. That all they have to do is go out put on really any sprt of performance and hey they get a paycheck and well hells bells, we are good to go.

Im interested to get your opinions on this subject. Do you feel that watching the roar of a 100,000 fan packed stadium for a good college football game, or watching the NCAAs can match up to a NBA action packed game, or say a professional football (USA Football, or Euro Football (Soccer)) or vice versa??

100% agree with you.

I hate the NBA, I will say that now. It is all about money, there are very few players still in it for the love of the game, they are there to get the most money, buy the fanciest cars, and get the best "ice" (jewelry).

I love NCAA Basketball, it is just better play. Collegiate football is the same, they play more for pride, not for money. (And they still use the option, best play ever).

Personally, I would rather go to a College game (if it is a KU, K-State, Texas Tech, or Texas game) than an NFL game (Unless it is a Raider game). The feel of being around crazy college fans is just the best.

I also love going to our High School's football games. Middle School players got in free, but I would pay. Our team isn't that great, but it is the only thing that gets a lot of the community together.

Sadly, our Middle School games get no attention. Only parents of players, and the occasional few students who aren't watching the Volleyball players practice .

The above post should be taken with 100% sarcasm.

the only time i actually watch pro games is when my bro-in-law watches oakland baseball and my dad sometimes watches football
cause they really do look like they aren't extremly motivated

but high school games are the best (i mostly watch soccer) cause the players are all about winning and the pride
in pro soccer games the players are all cool with everything and the most you might see them react to is a bad call by ref
but in high school soccer i've seen some of the guys knock shoulders and throw punches and me, my sister, and my dad have great fun yelling at the refs

I do watch some Pro sports, with the Cavaliers now in the playoffs for the first time since 1998 (or was that 1908, its been soo long) ill watch them just because well its reaaaally the first time in a long time we have had a good team (in Cleveland, EVERY TEAM sucks, so you catch my drift), so it kinda feels good to be able to watch a good team play....

However, thats really it, Cleveland Indians, ehhh maybe if its a lazy Saturday or Sunday...

but I prefer a college game to anything, and the occasional high school game of my Alma Mater. its more true, its more intense, its more rivalry, and much much more spirit.

I like watching people play for the love not the money. I know they get scholarships but thats not nearly as much as a 100 million dollars a year. I do like pro baseball/football I'm not going to lie. But I do like college allot better. Maybe it's not as exciting or as many home-runs or what ever. But who cares at least most of them are actually playing because they like the sport, and not just because it gets them fame, glory and money. Maybe one day these college players will turn into that person because someone offers them that much money. But until then I'm sticking with my vote.

I think it's more entertaining to watch professional Football. The NBA is not nearly as good as in the past, but I enjoy watching pro football more than any collage and pro sport.

i love watching the NCAA tournament
I don't really like pro though, it seems like all the players are in in for the monney
But I don't like high school games, my school always loses
College is always so much more energetic, with the band playing. It seems more competitive also

It's not all about money, yeah sure people want money and want to be Rich. I do agree with some being just about the money, and they shouldn't be like that there already Rich. All it is is stupid and selfish.

Why is it that the pros earn money for being a moron who can hit a ball, yet the geniuses get no attention because the majority of the world is ignorant?

Start talking, a sensationalist. If you talk it better, walk it better; you better back your * up, with more than good hooks while your under the gun!

I say college

Professional is good, but I'm closer to a college fan because there are tons of universities to cheer for.

I prefer professional. It's more exciting.

I would have to say pro. Though when it comes to basketball, nothing gets much better than the NCAA Tournament. All those underdogs. It's so amazing. I love it. But I would have to say that you guys are stereotyping pro players. Many of them play for the love of the game, and I would go as far to say most of them do. Everybody has to make a living. I'm sure if the players didn't really want to do the sport, they wouldn't. I'm sure players like David Wright and Derek Jeter (And even they're whole teams), would love to win a World Series, and thew same thing with football and the Super Bowl, hockey and The Stanley Cup, and basketball and a championship.

Hellooooooooooooooooooooo peoples of the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
