The Dick Cheney tax returns from the last 8 years should tell a lot about how good war is.

If you want something ominous, Paul Ryan could potentially be the President of the USA.
Romney is just a right-wing moderate who will do/say anything to win support of his peers (and his appointing of Ryan speaks to that). On the other hand, the "Ryan Plan" seems like something you'd see from a sociopath (Objectivist) ...and apparently the Atlas Society is applauding this. 1.
Not sure if this is a blessing for the Democrats. It could mean that more moderate Republicans decide to vote Democrat with Ayn Rand's grandson as Romney's running partner. What do you guys think?

I've seen one for R&R, "America's comeback team." It includes a link to donate.

Moderate right wing is a bit to the left for Romney. And far to the left of Ryan.
I'm not sure what the purpose of Ryan is. His appeal is to a very select audience.

Ryan gave Romney "several years" of tax returns during the vice presidential vetting process.
Wouldn't it be nice to see several years of Romney's returns?

"Ron Paul on Romney: 'I don't fully endorse him for president' "
I laughed for several minutes when I read this article. He accepts the role of being vice president if Romney is elected, but yet he does not fully endorse the man. Does that mean he's going to vote for Obama? It really says a lot. A vice president really should be behind what the President needs him to do.
i wonder if its too late to change his running mate... Ron Paul is not going to help him get elected.

You're confusing Paul Ryan with Ron Paul
Ron Paul would never legitimately support Romney since their platforms are totally different. Though they've really muzzled Paul Ryan from voicing his own opinions since he took the VP role, and they've made him drop support for a lot of the bills he has drafted to be more "moderate".
I have nothing but respect for Paul, though..especially after hearing he turned down what the Romney Team asked him to do if he wanted to speak at the GOP convention. Which, by the way, is just slimy and makes me despise everything Mitt stands for even more.
If you want one sincere and honest guy who wasn't just trying to be a politician, it was him. It'll be a shame when he leaves (which will be soon) because I don't see anyone left to replace him. He stood against things like SOPA, the Patriot Act, the invasions of Iraq/Afghanistan, etc, etc.

Not Ryan, Ron Paul
But Paul himself was not be trusted to speak. Though an invitation was proffered, it came with rigid conditions: Paul's words would have to be vetted by Team Romney and they would have to include a full-throated endorsement. Paul said no.
"It wouldn't be my speech," he told the New York Times. "That would undo everything I've done for the last 30 years. I don't fully endorse him for president."
The way they use tactics like these to muzzle and try to control people just makes me wonder what tactics they'd use if they actually got power.

Shows you how close I am following this - sorry to Romney suppporters... it was how I read it. And now that you point out what Ron Paul had stood for, I can definately see the errors of my way... yeah, it will be a sad day when he leaves.

A perfect photo at the GOP convention!
Though I also find it pretty hilarious how they refuse to invite GWB, and Dick Cheney and company. It's like they're hoping Americans are too stupid to realize that their policies already failed under the Bush Administration and that they'll forget it if they don't invite those who proved it.
