I am currently getting a "Couldn't Connect" from the chat.. it has persisted for 3 days now... I think the problem may have stemmed from me upgrading my Adobe. However on the chat page it says the problem could be that the Adobe is not upgraded... and then gives you a link to upgrade it to the one I currently have...
