I know what helps memory and brain devolpment to a point but what really helps, sleep is a big factor, it is when our brian transverses things into longterm memory, exerscise and diet, but for me I am smart and my teachers are always impressed and stuff like that but I have poor health habits, is there something gentic, what are your opinions on intelligence?

I think there is little truth to that

I think reading does. You learn concepts, ideas, words, etc. that stick with you. Plus, if you learn to read and comprehend well, you have the base for sucess in all subject areas. If you can't read and understand your biology, algebra, or history textbooks, you're not going to do very well in the classes. Good reading skills is key, in my opinion.

But the struggles make you stronger and the changes make you wise, and happiness has its own way of taking its sweet time. Life ain't always beautiful, tears will fall sometimes. Life ain't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride. ♥

WIRED magazine proved that gum, fish, crosswords, and drugs do not increase intelligence. I believe reading and constant thinking will help your intelligence.

When scientists said that there is no such thing as time, they obviously did not spend time researching it.
