1. Just the thought scares me to death .. er, no (thankfully) .. actually, no use fearing what you can't prevent. Do I fear jumping off a cliff because it would kill me, yes I think it is good to have a healthy fear that prevents injury or death.
2. Does my hand jerk back when I reach in and contact a very sticky spider web (as in Black Widow) .. yes! .. and those Funnel Spiders would scare the heck out of me if I ran into one in Australia. Fear and healthy respect might be difficult to differentiate some times.
3. I've managed to get used to myself so it is a good thing since I am around me so much. 
4. No. I would be afraid of having no fear but only for a little while.
5. It depends on what I am losing. Some weight?.. no problem? My life?.. see question 1. A gamble? .. guess It wouldn't be a gamble otherwise. Losing often leads to learning and is a natural outcome of many events throughout life so get used to it so the victories can mean so much more.
6. For the 13th time, definitely not.
7. Fear is a healthy reaction when it is needed to protect what matters to me. Large crazed bears that could catch up to me before I can get back to my car? ... yes, and I hope the adrenaline makes me run faster than I ever have and gets me back to the car before it. A night intruder in my house? same answer and I hope I get the edge I need to protect my home and family.
The only unnatural fear I have is cockroaches. If they run at me you'd think a rhino was barreling down on me.
8. You asked me "Are you afraid of death." You asked us "Are you even brave enough to open this?"
Good topic Trickster. We here seem to have no fear of discussing fear. One thing I think we shouldn't fear is to be ourselves.

Hey Zona...nice turkey costume!!! And for those pesky Arizona black widows and HUGE cockroaches, I always used aerosol hairspray to kill them!!! Kept a can of it under my kitchen sink!! Works really well...it suffocates them as they try to run away and then they just stop!! Sorry for going off topic but I just had to.

1.) Death? No, but the process of dying is a different story. 
2.) Not to any of the extremes that some people are, but I still don't like 'em.
3.) It would be quite hard to survive if I was... seeing as how myself does everything and goes everywhere that I do.
4.) No... is this a trick question?
5.) I'm not scared of it, if that's what you're asking, but hardly anybody likes it.
6.) No... It's just a number.
7.) C'mon! That's not even hard! I use ellipses more than nearly every other person on Braingle combined! 
8.) You didn't ask me anything, at least not directly. You just posted a survey that anybody who felt like it could participate in.

2: Are you afraid of spiders? Little ones - no, but if I see a big, hairy spider I'll be out of the room in a flash.

5: Are you afraid of losing? Hmm... I wouldn't really put it as me being afraid, but I am a bit worried that if I lose in a maths thing or something like that, then people will laugh at me. But, hopefully, that will never happen. Right now it's me - 326, class - 0. Just kidding

My own? No, I've had to face it too many times. My family and friend's? I have a more difficult time with that.

No, I think they're kinda cool actually. I do have a healthy respect for the poisonous ones though!
3. Are you afraid of yourself?
On some level, yes.
4. Are you afraid of fear itself?
Of course! If I let fear run my life, how many amazing things would I miss?
5. Are you afraid of losing?
No way! If I never lose, how will I be challenged to get better and win?

Nope!

I'm most afraid of being so busy being busy that I miss out on the things that are truly important.

ya i know I've taken this survey before but I'm kinda bored so i decided i would take it again

2: Are you afraid of spiders? ummmm well yes but unless it is poisonous or radio active or really really really big i refuse to kill it and put it outside instead

1) Death is incomprehensible. You should be afraid of the uncertainty of what comes after.
2)No. Spiders are curable
3)No. Other people hurt people. You don't hurt yourself.
4) Fear itself? Come now, you fear things, because without things fear wouldn't exist
5)Everyone loses eventually. You can't win at life. So, no.
6) Numbers are Numbers. Be afraid of real world problems.
7) I'm afraid of knowing that life is heck.
 Are you afraid of death? As you did not ask me directly on the topic that can be considered a command so the first question is are you afraid of death. I imagine you were aiming at a particular person.
