STRESS!

My uncle has diabetes... It doesn't seem all that totally horrible, aside from that time he overdosed on insulin and had a seizure. But that only happened like once that I know of. I think he double-checks it now.. It seems like it'd be really annoying having to prick yourself all the time though
When he gets angry, we offer him candy. It usually means his blood sugar levels are too low.

The thing about stress that bugs me the most is that the only way to beat it is to stop thinking about what's stressing you out, but if what's stressing you out is really worth being stressed out about, then you feel horrible not thinking about it because you know it's just going to eat away at your heart and soul until there's nothing left of you, unless you can fix it, and you can't fix it unless you're at least thinking of ways to fix it. So then if you're not thinking about ways to fix it, you can't fix it, and you feel horrible because you know it's going to kill you unless you fix it.

Did that make any sense? xD

Well, I can relate to everything there except for the fact that your sister may have diabetes. Though my dad is an 85 pound smoker with lungs that sound like maracas... does that count as a stressor?

"Mental hospitals" suck, they just do. I still wouldn't put too much stock in that diagnosis of Bipolar disorder, I don't put much stock in mine, and... my advice remains the same.

Move through and then move on. Just try not to get kicked out of school like I did. >.< It worked out well enough for me, but not everyone is quite so lucky.

Edit: A great phrase to remember is "the sun still rises," no matter how much we whine about our own personal woes the sun still comes up and goes down. I think that most people have a list of troubles long enough to fill several pages, but eventually we realize that either we can live the day, or we can waste it. The day doesn't care much either way, so it's up to us to take the initiative.

A friend of mine once gave me this token of wisdom, "Life is a tragedy for those who feel, and a comedy for those who think." Later on we amended the token, and made it truer. "Life is a tragedy for those who feel, and a comedy for those who drink."

Yeah, I guess just letting off steam helps me thank you.

I found squeezing ice till it melts or you have to let go b/c it is so cold really helps!

I like to go in my room and scream into my pillow as hard as I can. It helps me when I get mad at someone and I can't scream at them.

Yelling at people is hard not to do if they're the reason I'm stressed out.. but if theyre not I write or play guitar. And I highly dislike you. You must be my biological brother
