Welcome to Braingle, monkeybar. As you have said I think you will like Braingle very much. We have a lot to offer even beyond our teasers and trivia. Our open forums cover a multitude of chatty things, where you can meet and great friends of all ages.
And as you spend more time participating you will gain Karma points and eventually will be able to take a look at our talk boxes and request entry into those that interest you, or even create your own box and invite friends that you have made here.

Jake is the owner of Braingle and he maintains a question and answer problem area should it be necessary. But if it isn't a computer based issue sometimes you can just ask your question out in open forum and someone who has the knowledge will be happy to answer it for you. It is always said, there is no stupid question, on one that hasn't been asked, so don't be afraid to ask questions. We were all new at this at one time.

Braingle is a family oriented site where we do have some young friends, so therefore if you are so inclined to use curse words, or racial slurs, bullying manners, please don't. We do try very hard to keep the site on an even keel that can be enjoyed by all ages.

So again, monkeybars, welcome to Braingle. Jump right in, look around, have fun, make friends. That is what this site was made for. And as you will see, we have many people who are flying your flag so who knows maybe you live right next door to another person who enjoys Braingle. Have fun.

The sound of the wild, but if there is no one there, does anyone hear their howls?
