Well, go to this link and in one click you will be where you need to be. Then just type 600 for maths and verbal and select before 1976 and it will show the iq by CONVERTING it.

ok im on the test score converter thingy. i said for the year between 1974 and 1996. for the sat where do i put the 600? in the Math score or the Verbal/Reading score, and where do i put the gre score? in the Verbal Score or the Quantitative Score

Do it only for the SAT. Then type the iq into the answer box.

I can't go back to previous levels once I've solved it, but if I remember correctly, CTRL + A might help.

ok the hint it gave me for level 9 was try to play the photo identification quiz, and i dont get why. i tried photo identification quiz as the answer but it wasnt, so what do i do?

Why do you automatically assume that? In fact, most of the topics in Teasers Without Answers deal with the puzzle hunts.
