Yes, and I don't have a problem with lying.

The world is not beautiful, and that, in a way, lends it a sort of beauty.

Yes, and I also forgot the "Yes." It was only a coincidence that my sentence began with "yes."

Yes, and, here are the number of different (non-symmetrical) 2-dimensional shapes that can be made with given numbers of blocks:

1 Block = 1 Shape
2 Blocks = 1 Shape (0 more than previous)
3 Blocks = 2 Shapes (1 more than previous) [1 more than previous increment]
4 Blocks = 5 Shapes (3 more than previous) [2 more than previous increment]
5 Blocks = 12 Shapes (7 more than previous) [4 more than previous increment]
6 Blocks = 35 Shapes (23 more than previous) [16 more than previous increment]

So, all of the "incremental increments" are powers of 2 so far. I wonder if that continues. If so, I wonder why. This is the kind of crap I do at McDonald's.

Yes, and of course you would pay attention to the incremental increments.

Yes, and I am all about incremental increments. That's one of the best ways to find patterns in seemingly erratic series. In my experience.

It's actually similar to finding derivatives. A function can seem wild and crazy, but then you might find that it's derivative (or maybe its second or third or so derivative) is quite simple. So then you see how that crazy function came to be, and it doesn't seem so crazy after all.

Yes, and, no, I just get sidetracked by conversations. Excuse ME for actually paying full attention to the conversation.

Yes, and excuse me for expecting people to be able to pay attention to both the game and the conversation like I can. You're excused.
