I guess...maybe someday we'll actually prevent oil spills and rises in resource prices.

Being a senior done with all my major tests produces a very uplifting feeling.

All the winter weather is over with

I'm on Braingle far too long, I stay on the computer from dusk to dawn. Playing games and chatting with friends, the novelity of it never ends.

That being away so much lately from Braingle has caused me to become not as much of a part of it as I'd like! But, that's just the way it is. I've been on here for five years, and I've never been away for as long or as often as I have been recently because I'm moving. And, it's still not over!

I also learned something I already knew, which is that Vlerma is an angel and one of the brightest lights on Braingle! Of course, there are other angels on Braingle too!

Life... can be so many things... how can anyone ever think they are RIGHT? HAhahahahahahaha!!!!!

Two opposites can work together to make perfection.

Dark and light. Girls and boys. Black and white. Red and green.

When the body says it's tired, it's a good idea to listen to it.

All about the life of the woman in front of me on the train. Her habits, her taste in music, where she grew up, where she lives, her age, her boyfriend, her dogs, the cigarettes she likes, everything. She wasn't even talking to me. I just couldn't help but hear it. Thanks you for the info, ma'am.

SammyBean.

My little learn- Her account was removed 190 days ago. Her account was removed November 5th 2010. There is 175 days until she has been gone 1 year. It us truly sad and deprivating, and now I'm really starting to miss Sammy... I need a snuggle. SammyBean was Braingle. The fun. The activity. The hilarity. Now I'm getting myself sad again. I'm going to make a Sammy countdown. 175 today.

175.

I miss SB.

Newsflash, roller: Humans in general are hypocrites.

Even I'm a hypocrite if you count "lying by omission". I mean, I never actually say 'You're wrong and I'm right.' But I guess since I just say 'You're wrong' that kind of makes you infer that I think I'm right... Really, if I say you're wrong, we could BOTH be wrong. I just don't point my finger at myself because I know you'll do that for me. But, technically, if you count it like lying by omission, I'm a hypocrite.

Every single person on the planet is a scared little good-for-nothing hypocrite. Including you and including me. Get over it.

It is so nice to know we can count on the person above to point out that we are all hypocrites. You know something, it ruffles my fur just a bit. I know I can have hypocritical thoughts about someone, but I still try to be a good person. I mean you of all people should know I at least try. I always try to find the best in a person and dwell on that, not the characteristics that rub me the wrong way. So ok, I admit I am a hypocrite. Does that empower you over me? No, because I am still going to attempt to have a positive attitude - it is such a drag to always be forlorn and mopey. But at the same time as an adult I don't feel I need someone who has not lived my life telling me what or what I am not. It is sort of like this - I know I am fat, and I can say that I am fat, but the first person who comes up to me and says, "Lady, good Lord, you are fat!" will probably get a swift backhand from my big fat left fist!

The sound of the wild, but if there is no one there, does anyone hear their howls?

I learned never to comment on vlerma's weight.

Of course I'd never do that, to anyone! I've been on the receiving end of those comments all too often - I just don't have the guts to tell those people to shut it.

What I did actually learn today is that I am getting stronger, both physically and mentally.

How letting your inner self shine isn't always such a bad thing. Actually, it's never a bad thing. If people criticize you for it, just keep walking with your head held high.

I learned a long time ago that when people tell you stuff you should listen but offer no advice.

Yeah, pretty sure this is "what did you learn TODAY" though.

Too true what you say though people only want to speak their opinions and hate yours... I know people that are so bent on putting me down that if I say "grass is green" they'll start making arguments for why the grass is purple. And they're adults!

That if you get really scared and turn really red when the boy you like who knows you like him asks you to sign your yearbook...he will smile and be nice and quiet. Trust me. It works.
