Wonderful! It was in the park next to the Uni of WA and on the banks of the Swan River. I don't have any photos of her wedding yet but this is as close as I could find. They had the same car. It was the same place.

.Similar to this

We had a lovely ceremony with ukulele accompaniment followed by food, drinks, and lawn games.
We hired vintage furniture and had photos of our late parents on a dresser...about 50 metres of bunting fluttering between the trees.
A piano accordionist who was paid for 2 hours stayed the whole afternoon!
My cake was a HIT! Each layer was a different flavour - white, caramel and chocolate mud cakes. Something for everyone!

I had to recover the whole next day!

I'm really late, but congrats Mocha! Hope your lovely baby is doing well. (Wow, it's been months since I last visited this thread ...)

[BTW, I put my birthday and age back up since this will be my last month with a teenage avatar.)

Enjoy your last month as a teenager JQ... there are many days I wish I was still in High School, even if that is a few years before the final teen days.

Thanks. Technically, I don't turn eighteen for another ten months, and there are still two more years before I turn 20 and stop being a teen - it's just the Braingle icon changing. I will, however, take your words to heart and treasure what little is left of my time as a high school student.

Yeah JQ.
I was talking to my daughter about life. She is 26. She looked back on her school life and lamented that she wished she had worked EVEN HARDER!!! She is a success anyway...but harder!

Thanks bluegrasss....
No leftovers... everyone had a bit of all 3 layers....
I made a few chocolate cakes for the various groups of people in my life - the blood clinic, the pharmacy, my outpatients friends, and one for the cake shop that sells me my ingredients....and I am baking more.... as Christmas gifts..
I should start a postal order service through ebay and paypal....

I should be like the size of a house but I am just a brickette.

Thank you again, all of you! You are most kind.
And a big thank you to bluegrasss for posting the photo...

So what is everyone doing for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and/or Boxing Day?
