Hola

1. How are you feeling right now?
2. Seen anything weird lately?
3. Can you close your eyes and raise your eyebrows?
4. If you were trapped on a deserted island for 60 nights and 60 days, what 5 items would you take with you?
5. What do you think will happen in December 2012?
5.5 What would you do if suddenly the whole computer system world crashed?

Guten Abend

1. A lot less stress than I felt a week ago at this time.
2. Thanks, I needed that question. Hmmm, No.
3. Yes, can you? I can also wink with either the right or the left eye... can you?
4. Large Keg of beer with an opener; 2nd item, a large keg of beer; 3rd item, nice comfortable easy chair; (beings it is deserted, I take it no body else is with me, so I won't be able to have my wife with me... so) - 4th item, a large keg of beer; and finally the fifth item a good pair of binoculars. I truly could sit and enjoy nature for a couple months and just lounge around. I like to sit on my front porch with a small 12 oz can of beer and watch people walk their dogs and each other... and just watch life move on... it truly helps decrease the stress level of life! I enjoy beer, not in excess, but if its for 60 days, I am sure one keg would not be enough... two maybe, but three makes it safe!
5. During the month, the sun will come up, the sun will go down, the stars will move in the sky and yes, the planets will align themselves like they don't very often. I don't think what happened in the movie "2012" will happen. Yes, we could have a couple earthquakes that people will attribute to the alignment of the planets... or because the end of the Aztec calendar has taken place... but I am not someone who lives in fear of tomorrow but wants to live for today.
5A. I would be sorry to lose Braingle and people I have met... but the computer is not my world. I use it a lot, I use in for pleasure (games), for emails and for business. Your question is probably a bit argumentive... the computer world system is basically the internet... not necessary the computer itself. My business could then still use a computer for the paperwork I do; but I would have to mail my bids and invoices by the postal service. I could handle that. It would give me more time to sit on my front porch and enjoy watching sunsets and people who would probably come back out of their homes and be a part of real life than sitting in front of a screen trying to make friends on Facebook... and who doesn't enjoy getting a real letter in the mail now? Or should I say, when was the last time you got one?

Hmmm, wonder if I should have had a box of matches in that list? Naw... I know how to start a fire with a couple sticks and some coconut husks.

Anything againt the color yellow? Tables? Yellow tables?

Wpould you rather have a garden gnome or a GAINT garden gnome?

Would you like me to stop asking questions?

Oh No, DPS is here! Ok, I said it... I don't believe it, but I said it!

I like the color yellow, except when it comes to my teeth. Yellow tables are bright and wonderful to see. Also like bright red tables.

I guess it depends on how big the GIANT garden gnome is? I think having a giant one would definitely be a conversation piece, but if it's bigger than 5'... it may take up too much room. Then what do you do with it once you tire of it? (that's easy, take it a few blocks away and leave it on someone else's lawn)

Why would I want that? If you want to know something, the only way to find out is to ask!

I think you are asking what can a stapler be used for, if not for stapling? Which is probably a super hard question to answer this way... because any answer that does not include stapling is contrary to what a stapler does. Point is, if you said 5 things to use a stapler for, except for stapling paper... I can answer that... and short of having a one on one conversation where I can confirm this, I will go with that as the question.
1. Staple posters to an electrical pole to announce a yard sale, or a lost animal poster
2. Use stapler to put up Christmas lights (I say this, but I would never really do this, because as an electrician I can see the danger in this).
3. Mount dead bugs to a science project display for my grand kids.
4. Throw it at someone who has ticked me off... making sure my fingerprints are not on it and I am far enough away that I can run for my life. (ok, I probably wouldn't do this either, but its a thought you want to ponder sometimes) Hey, this qualifies as doing something without stapling!
5. Tie it to the bottom of my helium filled balloon to keep it from flying away! (ok, two answers to something without stapling)

I think you really loved the 101 Dalmatians movie... and it's your way of remembering them. Close?

Ermm...not really. Heres some more...

Ever read Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy?

Do you enjoy poetry?

Is....stapling things a hobby of yours?

Would you, if given the chance, eat a browine?

DO you enjoy soap operas?

A few simple questions...

No, never read the guide. In fact, I hardly ever read anything anymore... but I do like to watch old movies.

Sort of... but I wouldn't say I go overboard on it. My most favorite poem is one I had to learn in the 3rd grade, along with 3 other classmates... because we didn't get our homework done on time or something like that. We had to learn it, memorize it and recite it to the class. I enjoyed the poem so much, that when I had my turn to recite it to the class, I emphasized the actions. The teacher loved it so much... (ok, this really is the truth), he made the entire class memorize it and recite it. I sort of had a smirk on my face... punishment or not, the entire class had to learn it. The poem:

My Shadow
By Robert Louis Stevenson

I have a little shadow that goes in and out with me,
And what can be the use of him is more than I can see.
He is very, very like me from the heels up to the head;
And I see him jump before me, when I jump into my bed.

The funniest thing about him is the way he likes to grow—
Not at all like proper children, which is always very slow;
For he sometimes shoots up taller like an india-rubber ball,
And he sometimes gets so little that there's none of him at all.

He hasn't got a notion of how children ought to play,
And can only make a fool of me in every sort of way.
He stays so close beside me, he's a coward you can see;
I'd think shame to stick to nursie as that shadow sticks to me!

One morning, very early, before the sun was up,
I rose and found the shining dew on every buttercup;
But my lazy little shadow, like an arrant sleepy-head,
Had stayed at home behind me and was fast asleep in bed.

Next question... I have a few hobbies, but stapling is more of a chore than a hobby.

Yes, I would eat a brownie... the old fashion kind that my grandmother would make only.

Life is a soap opera of sorts... but the ones on TV... No. Though when I was in high school, I came home for lunch everyday (my high school was just at the end of our short street) and did watch whichever was the one my mom watched then - I think Days of our lives. I got to know the characters... but I would not say I liked it... it was something to do instead of school work.

Okie Dokie... your time to put me on the blocks and ask anything you wanted is over

Look for the next interviewee "Bluegrasss" coming to a forum topic near you!

Thanks to all who asked questions... now give Bluegrasss a load of questions to get to know him!

Time for this topic to be locked and a new one to be sticky'd
