I haven't read the whole interview so I might repeat a question or two

1. Did you know you were this popular on braingle before the interview?

2. What is your favorite book?

3. What are your general political views?

4. What has been your favorite question to answer so far?

Happy ever after in the marketplace, Desmond lets the children lend a hand. Molly stays at home and does her pretty face, and in the evening she's the singer with the band!

Congratulations dfamina, Disney wants to create a superhero after you!

What is your superhero name?

What special powers do you have?

Who is your nemesis?

Why does he/she want to destroy you?

Can I get you something to drink? (You've been kinda busy.)

It's not what you know, it's what people think you know.

Whew. Here we go.

1)Favorite candy bar?
That's a tough call, but I'd probably have to say Butterfinger.

2)How old were you when you first learned to ride your bike without training wheels?
I believe I was eight. I didn't have a bicycle before then, so I don't know if it would've been any earlier.

3)Do you have a favorite class/teacher from school that you still think about every now and then?
Yep. Calculus with Mr. Wade. Math has always been my niche, and he was always an entertaining teacher.

4)Using three words describe your life so far.
Steady, a little mundane at the moment, and... hmm... I suppose I'll simply say "good", since I'm mostly satisfied, if a little bored, with the way things are going. Might be time for some excitement, though.

koin, you did re-ask a couple of them, but I won't hold that against you.

1. Did you know you were this popular on braingle before the interview?
Not at all. I didn't think this many folks would take an interest (or that Bruvvy would take this much interest.) Not that I'm complaining.

2. What is your favorite book?
I have a favorite book series, called the Sword of Truth. To pick my favorite among those? Probably Faith of the Fallen.

3. What are your general political views?
(Sorry, Har) I've never had even the slightest interest in politics, so I can't really say that I have a political view. My opinions are my own, and I don't think I identify wholly with either political party.

4. What has been your favorite question to answer so far?
"What's the funniest thing that's ever happened to you?" One of my favorite things in life is making people laugh, and I hope the story I told did that for a few of you.

Disney, you say? Looks like I'll be quitting my job pretty soon.

What is your superhero name?
I'm going to have to think of a catchier name, because the first one that comes to mind is "Get-Out-Of-My-Way Man".

What special powers do you have?
If I'm supposed to pick just one, it would be speed. I can't stand slowness. Walkers, drivers, even computers... can't stand things that impede my progress. I even talk fast.

Who is your nemesis?
Any person in a white car in front of me on the highway. Because those are the ones who get in front of me and go 60 when I'm trying to go 80.

Why does he/she want to destroy you?
Well, there are two possibilities. One is that they're simply sightseeing, regardless of where they are, so they drive slowly to take in the sights, smells, and middle fingers of the other drivers. (Only the latter of the three comes from the drivers themselves; I'm sincerely hoping that they aren't interested in what these people smell like.) The other is that they aren't trying to destroy me outright, but rather, whittle down my patience until I go insane. (You can tell that this is a daily issue.)

Can I get you something to drink? (You've been kinda busy.)
Yes, that would be fantastic. Hot apple cider would be swell, and send someone out to fix my home internet, which has decided not to do my bidding any longer.

I apologize for being inquisitive. A day or two after I met you there was someone ( I forgot who ) that told me about you being interviewed so I took advantage of that.

1) A food that you'd never eat?

2) What are you most thankful for?

3) What is your favorite piece of clothing?

4) Are you proud of yourself so far?

No need to apologize, this has been fun. And I'll bet my bottom dollar that mocha's the one who told you. She asked me to be the next interviewee, and I responded by telling her that I didn't think very many people knew me, so at first, I didn't think it would go half so far as this.

1) A food that you'd never eat?
Off the bat, I'd have to go with Rocky Mountain Oysters. They're not actually oysters; if you don't know what they are, look 'em up. Some folks might be a little uncomfortable with me saying it here, publicly.

2) What are you most thankful for?
That my family, however small, has always been there.

3) What is your favorite piece of clothing?
I do care what I wear to an extent, but not so much that I have a favorite shirt or pair of pants.

4) Are you proud of yourself so far?
Yes, certainly. I've done and seen a fair bit at my age, and I'm nowhere near finished yet.

I regret googling Rocky Mountain Oysters.

1) Who's that in your avatar?

2) Can you cook?

3) Do you have a favorite holiday?

1) Would you consider yourself nostalgic?

2) What are your beliefs concerning fate and destiny?

3) You're a superhero and the apocalypse is coming in 3 minutes... you have the time/resources to save 7 people, who do you save (the answer could also be no one) and why?

4) Which onomatopoeia best describes your life or personality?

5) If you could go back in history and observe (there is no risk of affecting events) any event, which would it be?

Getting close to the end of your interview...
1) Was there anyone you thought would ask you questions that didn't?

2) Do you play any other board games (aside from checkers and chess)?

3) What questions did you think you would get asked that you did not?

4) What question surprised you the most?

5) What is your favorite type of food to make for yourself?

1) Who's that in your avatar?
That's Arthur, King of the Britains. He's in the movie "Monty Python and the Holy Grail". We had a Monty Python theme in the WWG I modded a couple of weeks ago, so I chose this avatar.

2) Can you cook?
A little. I don't know how to make much, but I've never set anything on fire, so I do alright.

3) Do you have a favorite holiday?
Honestly, not particularly.

1) Would you consider yourself nostalgic?
Very much so, which is probably not healthy.

2) What are your beliefs concerning fate and destiny?
I believe that your life is what you make it, and that your path is not pre-determined.

3) You're a superhero and the apocalypse is coming in 3 minutes... you have the time/resources to save 7 people, who do you save (the answer could also be no one) and why?
No one, and here's why: If the guilt at not having saved certain people isn't enough, then you must ask yourself "What are we going to do with just eight of us?"

4) Which onomatopoeia best describes your life or personality?
ZOOM! I'm a fast mover, and I hate slowness above mostly everything else. I walk fast, I talk fast, I drive fast, and I work fast.

5) If you could go back in history and observe (there is no risk of affecting events) any event, which would it be?
This one is difficult, but it's between 9/11, so that I would know what REALLY happened, or our first Moon landing. (Not because I suspect that it's fake, but because I like space. Simple as that.)

1) Was there anyone you thought would ask you questions that didn't?
Nope, but there are a fair few who -did- ask questions that I thought wouldn't.

2) Do you play any other board games (aside from checkers and chess)?
No, those are the only ones, and my skill in both was developed here.

3) What questions did you think you would get asked that you did not?
Things about my personal life, aside from deb's age question.

4) What question surprised you the most?
"Do you want to be the next interviewee?"

5) What is your favorite type of food to make for yourself?
As previously stated, I don't know how to make much, but if I had to choose, it would be mac and cheese.

Apologies for taking so long with these.

1. Floppy or crisp bacon?
Somewhere in between, probably more toward floppy than crisp.

2. What is your favorite kind of food someone one else makes you?
Hm. I'm not sure, it's been a while since anyone else made me anything, outside of going out to eat.

3. What is your favorite place to go out to eat?
Buffalo Wild Wings. Love the food, love the atmosphere.

4. What do you like to do in your free time (aside from play checkers and hang out on Braingle?)
I'm a bit of a gamer. I still play my Wii, and I love Mario games. I'm also a bit of a reader, sometimes. I go through phases when I'll read the day away, and others when I don't read at all. Definitely into fantasy books.

5. If you could relive any time in your life, and you could choose to either change it to have a different outcome or not, what would it be and why?
Perhaps high school. I just wish I'd been more outgoing and sociable. But I imagine the outcome would have been the same. I'd still have graduated, and would have lost contact with every one of them.

I think it's about time we wrap this up. I believe I have my next interviewee chosen. I just need to poke them and make sure they're still aware of it.
