I'm like the biggest Dexter fan in the universe. It's actually about time someone started a topic on it here.

I love watching Dexter! Those crazy religious killers are something. Looks like it'll take the entire season for Dex to plasticize them.

Yeah. I really think Dexter made a mistake letting that one guy go on the last episode. It seems like a bad idea.

Jodie (jodocroco here, for those who know her) had an interesting theory
Her theory is that Travis Marshall is actually working ALONE, and the Professor is just part of his multiple personality or a figment of his imagination. If you ever watch closely, the only person who ever seems to interact with the environment or people is Travis, not the professor. Even when that girl was tied up in her kitchen, the only person the girl looked at was Travis. It also makes sense considering the Professor seemed to influence a lot of people.
It's just a theory though. It would be cool if it was true

I personally enjoyed the last season alot except for the finale but thats just my opionon. I thought the finale was stupid because of the fact Debra had the perfect chance to find out, but they chickened out.

I think Dee Dee is a figment of his imagination, a manifestation of his innate tendencies towards self-sabotage.

I think Dee Dee is a figment of his imagination, a manifestation of his innate tendencies towards self-sabotage. I'd propose that she is, ironically, a representation of the innocence that he never fully had due to the rapid immersion into a world of facts and figures which forced him to prematurely grow into a pessimistic and skeptical youth. The ditsy older sister archetype is in conflict with his very identity and thus seeks to force his attention onto the childish levity his experiments often lack.
Sorry. I don't watch the show. I'm morally opposed to murder. Yes, even if it is just a show and even if it may be for the 'right' reasons. I'm bad about accepting morally grey characters, I guess. Does he ever stop killing? [Beta question, I know.]

(i'm morally opposed to all murder but i still enjoy it idk??) i think a common misconception from non-viewers is that dexter kills out of some sense of justice, but he doesn't, he's a sociopath he doesn't have morals. he only kills "evil" people because his father taught him it's better than killing innocent people. i don't think he ever stops killing, but i mean i've never read the books, and the show has deviated from them anyways.

The books are decent, but I like the show a lot better. The books are just kind of, I'll read them, so I don't lose my mind.
