I still need to get around to reading those books... I'll probably end up seeing the movie first so I'm not disappointed

Just a bit longer... THG is my favourite book series, I CAN'T WAIT. Like said before, I hope they don't F it up like most book -> movies.

The series is so good I am reading it for a second time!
I think the actor that plays Peeta is so wrong for the part though.

So excited although I think they should've portrayed gale a little better and made him more respectable, especially in mockingjay.

I'm extremely excited because I think Josh Hutcherson is a very talented actor. However, I think in the trailer, they've already shown a mistake. I believe that Katniss receives the pin from her mother in the movie, after she bought it for her. That is a major mistake if it is true.

I hope I'm wrong as well! If they changed that moment, it ruins the symbolism of the pin.

in the book katniss' mother DOES NOT give her the pin. it is given to katniss by madge the mayers daughter, whom katniss is sort of friends with. the pin belonged to madges aunt her mothers twin sister who was killed in the games. they were also best friends with katniss' mother. in the movie the pin is bought by katniss in the hob and given to prim. prim then gives it back to katniss before she leaves for the games.

I am going to see the movie tomorrow! I am OBSESSED!! I made a bracelet and painted my nails to go see the movie. I have even read the series twice!

I saw the film. Most of it was about winning the game. -.- This isn't my Battle Royale/Nineteen Eighty-Four. Also, the story aside, I didn't like the editing. The camera was out of focus for every fight scene and it did it far too long than necessary.
