I'd play the national anthem in my head. It's one song of which nobody can (or should!) get bored, so it can usually drive away the original song after a while - even if it's a really dumb song by Justin Bieber.

When I was a kid I used to bang my head on the wall.
Now I just try to find an equally catchy song that I like. Also, sometimes listening to the song helps get it out.
Sarcastic is the one word that defines me. |

Yeah, I just sing another song that I like better (in my head or out loud), and that gets stuck in my head. Mostly something from Les Mis lately.
