What do you do when a stupid song gets stuck in your head?

I'd play the national anthem in my head. It's one song of which nobody can (or should!) get bored, so it can usually drive away the original song after a while - even if it's a really dumb song by Justin Bieber.

How do you get those nasty songs off your head?

When I was a kid I used to bang my head on the wall.

Now I just try to find an equally catchy song that I like. Also, sometimes listening to the song helps get it out.

Sarcastic is the one word that defines me.

Yeah, I just sing another song that I like better (in my head or out loud), and that gets stuck in my head. Mostly something from Les Mis lately.
