I was just thinking, since there was one for songs and books, there might as well be one for video games. Not sure how many of you actually play video games, but let's just see what happens.

and sometimes I shoot hoops in the driveway, but that's more of a pasttime than a game.
does seeing how many times I can swim around the pool without touching anything count as a game?

The only game I seem to play on a regular basis is Everquest. Been subscribing and playing the game for over 10 years now. LOL - Guess I really have no life. ;)

My friends parents play Rockband.
They invite their friends over to play too.
You should see the guy with no thumbs play the guitar.
It's awesome.

I play Everquest like Steve. But I also like Mafia Wars on another site.
Made your bed, now lay in it....But you can always add a bedside table, change the sheets, take out the trash...it doesn't have to stay the same unless you want it to. |

I play Mafia Wars on Facebook regularly too.
10 minutes a day is all you really need to spend all your energy, fight, buy properties, sell off warehouse stock in Cuba etc.
I started a month or so ago and I'm on Level 65 now.

Um. World of Warcraft. I'm playing it right now as I post this from my ipod. Yeah, I'm a loser like that. But it isn't as "addicting" as people say tbh.

*Mumble mumble* Rich people who can afford to play Pay2Play games... 
Not really digging Killzone 2 too much. I mean it's a pretty alright shooter and all, but I think I'm suffering from Post-MGS4 Gaming Disorder. It's a condition whereby after a person plays MGS4 every other game seems completely mediocre and shallow in comparison.
Edit: Lest you enquire, MGS4 is short for Metal Gear Solid 4.

We aren't rich (Steve and I are far from rich), but we have learned to work a budget where we can pay2play.

Haha I guess. The only reason I can't play Pay2Play games is because well... I don't exactly have an income. I am fully reliant on pocket money from Dad. And I'll need their permission before signing up for a P2P game... and they just won't let me. They'll think it's a waste of time. They'll say that I already have a PS3 and that should be enough for me.  I'm gonna get a part-time job next term though, so we'll see what happens then.
Halfway through Killzone 2 now. It's definitely skyrocketed in fun factor since the first 2 missions. Really starting to enjoy it now. Will see how close I can get to finishing it tonight.
Yet I can't shake the feeling that maybe I've forgotten something...
