Well, there's always Saturday... though they can't be the first team to go 4-0 this century... at least they may get their FIRST Stanley Cup win for the team.

Calling double posting ok!
So the Kings have finally won the Stanley Cup... Congrats!
I guess I would have preferred that they got the first 3 goals not on a power play... but, the shot was pretty obvious. I also can't say that it was the only bad shot by a player up to this point... and hence, I can see where the Devil fans might be calling foul. There should have already been a King player in the 5 minute penalty box before this other shot... but it did not happen.
I think they would have won anyway... they were charged, they wanted the win, and they were ready to play. So let's just put these bad shots as part of the game and move onto the celebration. And hopefully without turning over police cars and setting them on fire !  Still do not understand Laker fans for doing that!

Happy the Kings one, would've been happy with the Devils too, but Quick earned that Conn Smythe. He was easily the best player of the playoffs. Good fpr LA.
I'm just an ordinary average guy with nothing to lose. |

im glad they won too i cried a lot but i cry at everything and wow it was emotional ok!! esp when quick won the conn smythe i know we all saw it coming but!! and richie handing the cup to carts because i was so invested in them finally winning the cup together gosh.
