Did CO not also allow gay marriage? Honestly im disappointed that hasnt happened everywhere. What is the situation regarding gay rights in other countries?

Happy ever after in the marketplace, Desmond lets the children lend a hand. Molly stays at home and does her pretty face, and in the evening she's the singer with the band!

I believe it's a resounding "Why not?" from most developed countries...the majority at least have nationally recognized civil unions. It honestly doesn't even make sense to hold RIGHTS to a vote...they're called rights for a reason (i.e. to protect individuals and minorities against the tyranny of the majority). It's amazing that we're in the 21st century and there are still so many bigots holding the world back.

I don't think they held a vote for gay marriage in CO, but according to the latest polls it probably would have passed if it had.
