Could Iran's Enemies Really Be Destroying Its Rain Clouds?
The scientist says not, but I doubt it. If the US government came up with such a technology, I don't think they would run around telling everyone about it. They'd probably keep it a military secret and use it when the Third World War descends upon us. Maybe Iranian authorities somehow got wind of the CIA's secrets because frankly, if Ahmadinejad were making that up, he would probably be mad, which he isn't.
