I was informed there are two kinds of people in the world, those who divide the world into two kinds of poeple, and those who do not.

how about... the Monsanto scam? they convinced a congressman to insert into a bill for extending government funding a short (unsigned) provision to exclude Monsanto from legal action for a period of 6 months.

at a time when they have lots of genotech seeds and chemical debuts in the pipeline, and no one but watchdog groups willing to force them to do real research, instead of the pittance of requirement the new EPA ala W that is current.

it snuck through with the funding bill and no one will claim it or take the blame, and it IS law.

it ties the hands of watchdog groups from sueing to get real testing done, as was anticipated as the only defense of this satan incarnate international company with no qualms about the harm they are doing.

(ask me what i REALLY think... heh)

There are always new topics in current events, they just have to hit the spot where we want to discuss them!
