The best way to earn points is to read the teasers and quizzes, and then vote on them.

There are two kinds of people: 1) Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.

Don't forget that playing games is good also, though I am not sure if they earn you points...

Hi, there a few different ways to earn points,

I know that one of them is taking an I.Q test and you get your I.Q in points,
also playing lots of games is good,
and submitting Brain Teasers and Quizes are also good point earners.
There are also others, which I will post later on.

Games don't earn points, but many have awards and it may help with your karma.

Points Task
50 Submitting a Brain Teaser that is approved
50 Submitting a Quiz that is approved
1 Taking a Quiz and rating it
1 Trying a Brain Teaser and rating it.
1 Taking a Photo Identification Quiz.
1 Taking an Art Identification Quiz.
1 Rating or Reviewing a game in the Game Directory.
1 Helping with Braingle's Maintenance Tasks
1 Voting on definitions in our dictionary
Your IQ Taking our IQ Test

When you reach 500 points, you will unlock extra abilities which were previously not available to you. You can then earn additional points by helping to improve the website via the following actions:

Points Task
50 Correctly reporting two Brain Teasers that are duplicates
5 Correcting a Brain Teaser that has problems
5 Correcting a Quiz that has problems
1 Reviewing an unapproved Brain Teaser

You do not get points for correcting your own teasers or quizzes.

Users who demonstrate excellent leadership skills may be promoted to be an editor. An editor is allowed to help review submitted teasers, and verify duplicates and corrections. Editors get 2 points for each teaser they edit and 1 point for each duplicate or correction that they verify.

Any user who meets the eligibility requirements may run in an election and become a quizmaster. Quizmasters are allowed to review submitted quizzes. Quizmasters earn 2 points for each quiz that they review.

This should also help out a bit.
By the way, to get to these pages I just hit the link, My Account near your username at the top of the page,
hit My Awards, then Earn Awards, Then Points.
