And to think I have spent all this time doing it the hard way! Thanks for making that I played with it for a couple minutes and it was pretty awesome.

I don't understand something about the cryptograms. The solving grid seems backwards. It's set up from the standpoint of the creator of the puzzle but not the solver.
Usually it looks like:
A B C...
And you place the numbers underneath the letters. But how does that help you when you're solving?
If the grid looked like:
1 2 3 ...
And you place the letters where they belong, then when you come across, say 18, you can at a glance check to see if you've already figured out what 18 is.
