I have just noticed that on many of my teasers the £ sign has been changed to the $ sign for no reason what so ever. The original was not incorrect and therefore did not warrant correcting. How are such obviously biased alterations allowed to be permitted by the editors?

It seems that these trivial edits were made years ago when the editing system allowed any user with the proper score to make changes. This has changed since then and none of the editors can remember approving an edit of this nature in recent months. You are welcome to submit your own edit to change it back to £ and the editors will approve the change for you.
