Need some starting direction for a Geocaching puzzle

Hello all, the following is a clue to part of a Geocaching hide, and I have no idea where to even begin decoding/deciphering this.

I can't offer too much in terms of guidance. It could be a series of words, or perhaps some coordinates (in either N 51° 03.138 W 114° 09.313 or UTM: 11U E 699375 N 5659491).
The clue provided, for what it helps, is "If you are still stumped ask the "Crypt Keeper".
Any guidance would be appreciated.

I can't help with the decoding, but FYI for anyone attempting to help; I believe the example N 51° 03.138 W 114° 09.313, could also be written as +51° 3' 9.20", -114° 9' 34.75" Tony can you confirm this?
I have done some geocaching in the past and had a blast with it. Is it possible this could be a Multi-Cache?

Thanks Jaycr...
- while I believe your 'translation' so to speak is correct, I don't think that would apply here. The standard formation (for geocaching, anyways) is the original form.
- no, no chance it's a multi-cache. Along with a five degree of difficulty (out of five) for this puzzle, the (single) location apparently is a five as well (a cliff-face, I understand).
