While writing in a forum, look at the bottom right of the text box to see several formatting options. The easiest way to use them is to highlight the section you wish to format then click the formatting option you want...like this:
bold
Red
Blue and italics.

You can double check if this worked by clicking the "Check spelling and preview" link in the lower left, above the "post reply" button.

The difference between poison and medicine is usually a matter of dosage.
