It depends on what you want from Braingle. I, personally, love the quizzes. You can search through your favorite categories and take the quizzes that sound interesting.
The forums are a great place to get to know people and have fun. Search the talkboxes for topics that interest you... these are user-created forums.

Try joining some talkboxes, they are a great way to make friends.
