You have to post a link on another site. When you click on the icons you have it takes you to a page with all the awards you can get. The recruiter one is there. When you click on it will take you to a page with links on it, You have to copy and paste the link on to another site. When someone clicks the link and comes to braingle than you get a point.
So for example I have one on my facebook myspace and Yahoo page. When someone clicks the link and comes to this site than I get a point.
