Since lhmisen's post shows that the position of non-A-F non-numeral characters is significant, might it be the only significant factor?

omg and lol look the same, but ringl looks different from omg and lol, so both position and length matter, but not the characters themselves! We're getting somewhere!

Here's position being a constant and length a variable:

No significant change until the fifth letter. Wonder what that means?

Okay, so length only matters once, when the length reaches five.

Investigating the effect of position through seven different positions of omg:

Since we've been experimenting with white all along, reduction seems to be the function of non-A-F non-numeral chars. What about black, then?

Aha! it has no effect on black, which means the sole purpose of non-A-F non-numeral characters is REDUCTION. I knew we'd figure something out!
