This is a bluffing game where people take turns playing cards from their hand face down onto the table according to some rule and declaring what was played. You do not need to tell the truth. If another player thinks that the rule has been broken, they can say "I doubt it" and turn over the cards to check. Whoever was wrong, must take all the cards on the table. The goal of the game is to get rid of all your cards.
This game is also known by some other, more colorful, names which we cannot reprint here.

Heh, someone once told me that the name of this game was Bubble Skittles. 
I go by the name BS, and in my opinion it isn't really all that bad a word.
Oddly the link to the Wikipedia article contains the "offending" word.

just by different names cuz cussing is prohibited
