Thanks joseph. Well it's that time again, when I end all the anxious waits and say ICUB42 was an Indian(human). Yep another hiccup in the system. Better luck this round perhaps. Or not, time will tell.

FIRST! I think night timed out again. Very interesting that lizzard voted at the end of last round with no post and seemingly to save ppjones. It gave me the impression that lizzard was a wolf trying to save ppjones, a fellow wolf. But with ppjones being eaten that idea is busted in my mind.
I agree, that was weird. I too felt that lizzards move was very suspicious. . . . but then Mr. Jones was taken out by the wolves. IDK, maybe she is a wolf, and it just worked out this way. lol IDK, maybe lizzard didn't give a lot of thought about what her vote for ICUB42 would make her look like.

horseluvr voted for ICUB42
ICUB42 voted for ppjones
joseph_r03 voted for ppjones
jtolley voted for ICUB42
lizzard voted for ICUB42
snowmonster voted for froggygg
ICUB42 voted for ppjones
joseph_r03 voted for ppjones
jtolley voted for ICUB42
lizzard voted for ICUB42
snowmonster voted for froggygg
ICUB42 posted the above list at the end of the last round, claiming lizzard voted in the last minute - can anyone verify this as either true or false? This post makes me think she may have been human, as otherwise she probably wouldn't have bothered making such a last gasp move as the identities are revealed in C&I. If this turns out to be the case, then the wolves have made a horrendous glaring error in eating ppjones, as this would have been a great opportunity to frame up both lizzard and ppjones for being wolves. (Obviously, if ICUB does turn out to be a wolf, this doesn't apply - and neither am I saying that lizzard is necessarily a human, too, just because Jones was.)
Anyway, the thing to do now is wait for Stewie to confirm the identity of ICUB before analysing the votes from last round.
EDIT: Well, my post was made completely redundant by the above two posts!

The last I was on, there were 20 minutes left, and lizzard hadn't voted for ICUB42 at that point. So, there had to be less than 20 minutes left when she voted. That's all I can say about it.

Hey everyone, checking in again. Unfortunately, I have class until 8 tonight and then oodles of homework, so I'm going to place a vote now and see what type of discussion it generates.
I'm voting for ICUB42. She voted for anime last round and was Cinn's vote last round. It's not the strongest reasoning, but hopefully this tie and the discussion that follows will reveal some information.
^^this was why I voted for ICUB42 and I hate to dash all your hopes, but I am in fact human
One day your life will flash befor your eyes. Make sure its one worth watching.

I agree with smithy that it was really weird of the wolves to eat ppjones.
I'll have more thoughts later, but I have to go to class now.

Ok time for some analysis. I am starting to sort people as Cowboys and Indians.
Indians:
lizzard (pretty sure)
Smithy (pretty sure)
snowmonster (somewhat sure)
Cowboys:
superman
Hmm, I wasn't able to come to an opinion on as many people as I hoped. But for now, my vote this round will go to Superman77. Last round he started a post like this "It is unfortunate, and now our huge diadvantage, that we lost our seer." To me he is a wolf trying to appear human by saying "our" but he said it twice, close together. The closeness is what was a flag for me. Also, in most of his posts last round he "agrees with most" and "Like most, (doesn't) suspect anyone specifically yet". No real opinion or information was given and he tries to phrase his words as if he is part of the majority, the Indians.

IDK if I can agree with your logic Joseph. It's something to consider, but I've been accused of being a wolf, or wolfish because of how I worded my posts. Also because I just didn't suspect anyone "yet". So, I don't know if Superman is sounding all that wolfish or not.

I'm not sure about Superman, but I am looking at Lizzard. She seems to be throwing out quick votes with minimal reasoning. It could look like a seer's voting pattern, but since we've already lost the seer, it just looks kind of suspicious.
Dear God, That which I am about to do is really stupid. I hope I come out of this alive. Thanks God. Peace Out. (Stage Crew Prayer)

Hmmmm, well I don't feel comfortable enough to clear anyone yet given this group of great players, but I do have some suspicions (in no real order):
horseluvr: Her vote for ICUB would have only been mildly suspicious if it didn't look like she was bandwagoning. The fact that she didn't post makes her pretty wolfish. But anime didn't post either, so idk.
Lizzard: Same as horseluvr pretty much, except that she made the majority that sent ICUB to her death.
Snowmonster: Her "random" vote for froggy last round is pretty suspicious. I don't know why you would randomly vote for one of the best players to play WWG other than you see them as a threat.
Vlerma: Same as snow, except she forgot to place a vote.
Joseph: I don't really understand his logic for superman...I haven't seen anything too suspicious done by superman yet. IDK, i'm just rambling.
After thinking about it for a little bit, I have an idea on why PPjones was eaten. Perhaps realizing that their votes for ICUB would look like an obvious attempt to save PPjones (who would immediately look wolfish if he survived), horseluvr, Lizzard, or both, voted to eat him so that they'd appear like they were saving a human. Does that make sense? That's just my idea.
Because of that, I'll probably vote for one of these two. I'll see what other's have to say though.

I see your point jtolley about horseluvr and Lizzard. While it does make sense, I also know we really need to start getting our votes right since we have shot only humans so far.
Like snowy, I'm not really sure I agree with your logic Joseph. There have been too many times that a human has been shot based on the wording of their posts. You can't always rely on that as we have some really great players here who know how to cover their tracks.
As far as my vote this round, I'm going to wait until morning. I do have someone I am keeping a watchful eye on, but I do not want to voice those thoughts just yet.
SMILE and people will wonder what you are up to!

Froggy, did I miss a post from Stewie? How do you know we've only shot humans so far?
**edit - oh never mind. I forgot that Stewie posts at the beginning of the round. I totally skipped over his post.
IDK, but the more I think about Joseph's logic, the more I wonder if he's a wolf or not. Maybe trying to frame Superman? But really, I don't have any solid feelings on this - but I am wondering. With that, Joseph is now suspicious to me, but that doesn't mean I'll vote for him. Someone else may post something that catches my attention even more. So . . . . .I will hold off and vote later. We still have over 27 hours left in the round, so there's time.

Right now I need to take my son to school, but I wanted to post first. Snowy, I've also been wondering about Joseph and his logic. I also know that a few of us have used his lists to base our votes on - at least I know I have. So, for now, my vote is going to Joseph.

First of all, yes, I can see how my actions seem suspicious. I would like to point out that in voting, I went with the logic I felt make the most sense to me. That's it. Plain and simple.

*YAAAAAAAAWN* Oh dear, I only got 4 hours of sleep last night so bear with me if my post is incoheren.
hmm, I'm going to place a vote for lizzard. She's pretty defensive at this point and I feel that her or horseluvr being a wolf is the only explanation for the ppjones eating. No offense lizzard, it's just that out of everyone, your actions and circurstances are the most susicious to me.
So, yeah. I'm going to eat lunch and take a nap now.

I've been looking at this and initially it seemed to me that the move to eat Jonsey was a rookie mistake. As Smithy pointed out, we would have (in all likelihood) looked at ppjones and lizzard as wolves.
Then I looked at each profile and saw that everyone (except horseluvr) has logged in at least 25-30 games with players like froggygg up to 54 games...that's a ton of experience.
So why choose to eat Jonsey? He hadn't figured out anything....yet.
My point is, that the wolves are experienced and were VERY afraid of cinnamon and ppjones. They are excellent players.....my eyes are on a couple of people here. For the moment, I'm placing a vote for......vote to be added shortly!
Edit to add: Voting for joseph. Not because he voted for me but because 1. he fits my initial thoughts above, 2. he is ALWAYS extremely active and isn't this round so far and 3. I've always known him (in previous games) to come up with very sound and intelligent logic with his choices. This time, he's been a little less than himself (perhaps to cover up?). His logic on his choices to vote for Jonsey and now myself were thin. That's my vote. I expect a wolf or two to vote for me now so keep an eye on this one.

I'd like to hear more from Joseph before I vote for him. If I do vote for him, it's because of his reasons for voting for Superman. They just don't seam logical. But. . . . I want to hear more from him, see if he can explain his suspicions of SM better.

jtolley- If you remember I siad I knew I would be swamped with homework, so I said I may not post, but I would try and vote. I read all of the posts and decided ICUB42 was a likely candidate.
As to this round's voting I am stuck. I I post to join a majority, then it looks like I am joining the bandwagon (wolf). I am semi-experienced, but am unfamiliar with some of these players, so therefore I do not know there styles, so I cannot point anything out. If anyone can confirm what superman said about joseph, I will likely vote for him.

Hello all. I've been nervous to post after such a lengthy, opinionated post I had earlier in the round. It sparked debate, which I like, but it has also brought attention to me in the way of bullets. I agree there is not much out there in the way of wolves tipping their hand right now. Some of you seem to be choosing to decide on wolves based on voting habits. That seems more beneficial to me when a wolf has been shot. Only humans have been shot though and it is easy for a wolf to just not vote if no wolves are in danger and leave the active voters looking suspicious.
I stick to my theory on Superman though. I am not saying I know he is a wolf with sure confidence, but IMHO him using indirect language to group himself with the humans does not seem like something a human normally does. I don't need to say "it's not something "we" normally do" implying I'm a human, because it sounds unnatural. And that is what I think Superman did. I will explicitly state though at this point since I'm somewhat on the chopping block that I am human.

Well . . . . you've explained your reasons again for voting for Superman. I will say, I don't agree with you. I feel you are grasping with this one, whether you're human or wolf. . . . I kinda believe you are human though, and now I'm confused. We've not played many games together, so I don't know your playing style well at all - or your way of communicating. I fear, this is where you're messing up with Superman. Maybe you don't know his style of communicating? Ugggh . . . I've been thinking about lizzard too. I'm not sure if I can believe her story - and why she voted for ICUB42 at the last minute. . .. without explanation. That is a bothersome thing too. We still have over 15 hours to go - but weekends are always busy here - so I think I'll vote for lizzard. I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but I just don't feel comfortable enough to vote for Joseph - yet.

Well I had a nice long post written up last night with all types of thoughts about this one and that one, but of course Mother Stutter decided she didn't want to put the post into the Braingle files so instead I let out a few @#$%##@ words and went to bed. I know last night I was leaning toward voting for lizzard simply because she put my daughter out of business. I do try to let everyone know when ICU and I are playing in the same game that we are related, but she lives at least 300 miles from me and when we do talk it is always about family and how lucky we both are.
I remember that I attacked joseph's reasoning for voting for Superman. I always wind up voting at some point for Superman, just because of who he is, but that doesn't mean he is a wolf this time. joseph, I just don't see it in his writing. You and I haven't played any games together that I remember so I, like a couple others have mentioned, am not sure of your logical bantering. I would like to think you have studied things over to come to your conclusions, but . . . I started out this game voting for you simply at the time because you were the only one I did not know. You have impressed me with your verbage, but some of your words fall flat on these old ears.
I still have not looked past lizzard or horseluvr, but I am voting this time for joseph, and this is simply by gut instinct. Something about the wheel that squeeks the most gets oiled. Sorry bad pun.
The sound of the wild, but if there is no one there, does anyone hear their howls?

Well, with night time creeping in I don't know how many more times I will be checking on the game before the round is over. So I must change my vote to lizzard to try to protect myself. However, I do not think that lizzard is a wolf because why would a wolf ever draw attention to themselves by voting for someone so suddenly without a post and in a situation where the vote count was close between two people. I think a wolf would have avoided the whole voting situation last round.
Well I voted, and locked it in this time so now I will try to share something with you that I had started to do before. I know, the games really aren't the place for these, but I have been busy arranging them on Photobucket so thought I would share them. First are my four great granddaughters, my son's three granddaughters and ICUB's granddaughter.
And now here is J Cube. His auntie thought he needed his own Santa suit to go home in. Almost didn't fit him.
Well guys and gals, if this doesn't light up Stewie's game for a bit, at least these five little ones, the oldest will be 3 on 2-7 will definitely keep their parents hoping. Enjoy - I know I do. Since we don't have spell-check here in the games, I hope this all turns out well with no flub on the pictures.

You've got a great looking family vlerma. They must be full of energy and keep you pretty busy!
Anyway, I'm looking at lizzard and joseph now. I mentioned lizzard last round (was it last?) and now joseph looks funky also. There's only ten hours left and I'm EXTREMELY busy tomorrow, so I'm going to go with joseph. His logic is a little flimsy, especially his reasoning for Superman.

With all the speculations, I will vote for joseph because like so many others have said, his reasoning is flimsy. On the occasions I have been a wolf, I will try and say things like "let's shoot a wolf this time!" or "this is really bad for us humans," but when I am human, a simple pronoun like "our" is just something I would say. Yes, I understand that he said them closely together, but haven't we all used a lack of flowery verbage in these posts?
I also find it odd that he posted a list with how sure he was of other players being this or that, but there was no mention of how sure he was of superman's status. I find it extremely odd that he is positive of an identity, and we have lost the seer, so that is not a possibilty.
I know this looks like I am joining a bandwagon, but I don't see any other alternatives. At this point even if I had groundbreaking evidence that could not be disputed, it is nearly to late to change votes. I do not know how many people would log on and read and change votes. So it appears I will be accussed of bandwagoning (is that even a word?!?) in the sake of voting for a suspicios player.
Never judge someone until you walk two moons in their moccasins.
I also find it odd that he posted a list with how sure he was of other players being this or that, but there was no mention of how sure he was of superman's status. I find it extremely odd that he is positive of an identity, and we have lost the seer, so that is not a possibilty.

People are saying joseph's evidence is weak... but is that really cause for voting for him? I'm not sure whether or not I'm convinced by his reasoning, but it definitely is the result of some logical thought and deduction. [It is the sort of psychological analyse I used to apply in my earlier games, until it became clear to me that people weren't all that careful in their phrasing, and what could seem like an over-thought wolf post could just be a flippant human comment!] Given how little we currently have to go on, I don't think someone trying to follow "weak" reasoning is necessarily a cause for suspicion - I mean, by that logic, the only possible way for a human to play without getting shot is to keep engaging in wild "random" votes until a wolf clumsily reveals themselves. Chances are that won't happen in a game with the group of players we have here.
Again, to reiterate my posts (as they are often open to misinterpretation ), I am not commenting on whether I think Joseph is or isn't a wolf, just that I don't think the justification for the votes behind him are concrete, much like Joseph's own reasoning.
And, horseluvr, there is nothing that suspicious about your vote - but your over the top pre-emptive defence of predicted impending suspicion is somewhat suspicious.
I did plan to vote for lizzard but, as someone else pointed out, the late vote from last round simply decided between two humans, thus not necessarily ensuring the identity of the voter as a wolf. It may have just been careless play rather than legitimate suspicious behaviour.
I would post a fish vote, but there's no need to protect the seer any more. I will be around, so may come back to vote if something clicks in my mind.

Certainly! The seer needs to vote during the day so that they can divine someone during the night [at least, I believe that to be the case!], so if you have an active seer they will be voting every day. In times of indecision, it can become obvious which player is forcing themselves to vote every day, enabling the wolves to deduce the identity of the seer, so it's a good tactic for humans to post harmless fish votes in order to make the seer's vote more inconspicuous.

This is true and it would help, if we still had our Seer. We lost them in Round 1 though.

Take all sorrow out of life and you take away all richness, and depth, and tenderness. The capacity of sorrow belongs to our grandeur. It is the furnace that melts hearts together in love.

Enjoyed playing with you all. I think lizzard is human so it was between two humans this round.
