Gizzer! You dratted wolves ate our dear Gizzer too late - She brought down one of you with the most cunning clue-solves I have seen in a while.
Going to reread to see what there is to see...

We have Last Words:
---This message was edited on 2010-07-16 09:52:14---
Greetings from beyond the grave!
I am sad to leave the game, as I was having so much fun solving talanpoe's challenges. Unfortunately, the wolves were not as pleased with my work, and attacked me while I was sleeping, cowardly creatures that they are! At least my death was not in vain, we did rid ourselves of a wolf!
Fortunately, I still have valuable information for the remaining humans. I was the winner of the NTT in both Rounds 2 and 3. As a result of the seer power I obtained, I learned that both OverLord52 and changhill are both human.
I realize that this may likely lead to them being selected as wolf fodder in the next few rounds, but you need to know that you shouldn't shoot them!
As a fan of science fiction, I know that death is not always as final as it seems. If one you of nice humans should win tonight's NTT, perhaps I can be resurrected to continue the fight against the wolves!
Good luck, humans!
Giz

Aha! The quiet changster is clear? That's good to know. I won NTT1 and can confirm that Overlord is indeed human.

Wow...I missed a lot in the last round- sorry for my inactivity and kudos to Gizzer for the solution!
Also, thanks to the wolves for not letting last night time out. I was keeping quiet about that due to my less than stellar activity levels, but my travels are over and I am back in front of a real computer. Hopefully I can add some value to the game from now on.

Good to know we have three clears
This should be good. I'll join the vote for mbrady89. Thanks Gizzer for all your help! Bummer you divined the same person as Gizzer, caberet.
caberet, I know this may seem wolfy on my behalf, but could you please put your name in the orange category?
You're not exactly cleared... But you're a possible human.
Also, how have I been suspiciously quiet? I posted 3 times in Round 1, 6 times in Round 2, and twice in Round 3. I tried helping with the clue, but I was too slow. Also, I'm in a different timezone as well, but I still managed to post quiet a bit.

The Reasons I say I'm Clear
1) I confirmed that Gizzer did indeed write the Last Words, a wolf would have tried to convince us that no one was clear.
2)Helping with the clue - Alphabet Part of Evil Round 2 Clue:
Gizzer - 16 finds / Unc - 9 finds / Me - 1 (Go Riki Tiki Tavi!)
Final Clue:7. Gizzer - The Chrysler300
6. Gizzer - Chrysler Corp.
5. Gizzer - Daimler dumps Chrysler on Cerberus, taking loss to do so
4. Caberet - Gottlieb Daimler
3. Caberet - Paul Daimler
2. Caberet - Austro-Daimler
1. Gizzer - Puch the wolf!
My contribution, while minor compared to Gizzer's, was pivotal because Gizzer wrote:
Gizzer being Gizzer would probably have found Paul Daimler, yet no wolf would help with the final 3 out of 4 steps of a solution.

I'm not finding any information about sons of Daimler, but Benz had 2 sons (Eugen and Richard) and Maybach had a son named Karl. Both ... might fit the '02 through '05 reference
Daimler's sons were really hard to find. And his son Paul was the track to the clue. Gizzer being Gizzer would probably have found Paul Daimler, yet no wolf would help with the final 3 out of 4 steps of a solution.

Um, you guys have done amazingly well while I was gone. Sad to say it, but I am leaving for vacation tomorrow morning.
I will vote, but I will vote for numpty. He seems more wolf like than brady any who...good luck all fellow humans.

Surprised to see that I am a candidate for wolf, but with my level of activity I don't have much to defend myself with. For all those out there with Kids- I have no idea how you manage it. After 2 days with my nephews, I am reaching breaking point!
I *think* that I have to highlight that softball13 forgot to vote, but I'll keep quiet for my own sake...

hey guys, sorry i've been so inactive, my dad came home from the hospital today... it's been a long week! but, now that he's home, and i'll be spending no more time at the hospital, i SHOULD be more active, assuming i don't get a bullet to the noggin...
p.s. i find cab trying to clear herself as suspicious... just sayin

Actually, I buy that.
I thought it was suspicious too. You have been gone, and that's understandable. I will change my vote to caberet.
I really hope you haven't fooled me, mbrady...

PeterSmith and mbrady are the last 2 wolves from the looks of things. Is this yet another game brought down by inactive wolves?
Chang, Unc, Over & Softball - WAKE UP! Rejoin the game! Come help a player (me) who has been helping you the entire game!
From what PeterSmith posted in the 2nd round, he only tried ONE word for the entire clue! Whereas I was pivotal in solving the clue that brought down our only wolf to date!
VOTE for mbrady this round and PeterSmith next round!!

Caberet, you are sure making flying accusations. I was unsure about my vote, as it's possible mbrady is fooling me, but you're going the wrong way of changing my mind. You should give me reasons why you're not a wolf. Not why I am a wolf. I am not a wolf. I think possibly you and numpty are wolves. Ypu left him out when shouting to "humans". I am truly sorry if you are human, but solving some of a clue doesn't make you a definite human, and you clearing yourself like that was at the least suspicious. I could be confused, but this is my gut and I should follow my gut. If you are a human, I will look at mbrady.
I am a human, and you need to believe that.
I really hope I am making the right decision. I am sticking with caberet.

2) Unlike other players, I worked my butt off to help solve the clue. And I found the last 3 out of 4 solutions that brought down a wolf.
I really think that we have the last 2 wolves between mbrady, PeterSmith & numpty. I will join changhill's vote for PS in order to tie things up and possibly save my hide.

It's time for Night Time Trivia for Round 4!
Back to trivia questions for tonight. It'd be nice to require that you not use any external sources to answer these, but somehow I doubt my ability to enforce that restriction. Oh well.
What I'll *ask* is that you take the quiz blind first, just for your own entertainment, without researching. Then, if you wish, do all the research you want (as if I could stop you).
Hopefully you'll find the questions enjoyable, and the answers educational too.

The answers are:
1. "Flip 5 tails in a row" is the most likely (one chance out of 32).
2. "60 kilograms of feathers" weighs more.
3. "The number of days and nights rain fell during Noah's flood"
4. "Chlamydia" has the letters CMLI in it.
5. "141.3" is 3.141 backwards.
6. "Eagle" (2 under par).
7. "Psycho"; the 3rd letter of each are a, e, i, o, u and then y.
8. "Warsaw"
9. "12oz of gold" is worth the most.
10. "Saxet, Texas" is a palindrome like the others.
11. "Switch to door #2" gives you the best chance of winning. (This one took me a while to believe, but it's true.)
12. "A one-legged woman"
13. There are an odd number of 'nots', so the one who has not walked on the mood is "Your Mom."
14. "Auckland, New Zealand" is farthest east before you get to the international date line.
15. "Yes"
16. "5 minutes." (It's about a quarter-mile.)
17. "The fifth color in a rainbow." The letters spell out the word 'Blue'.
18. The number 33 is printed on all bottles of Rolling Rock.
19. 23 is the next prime number.
20. "Fartburglar" doesn't really exist.
The winning entry had all answers correct. Hope y'all enjoyed it; I'll be back with another edition of NTT tomorrow night!
2. "60 kilograms of feathers" weighs more.
