Welcome to my latest Werewolf game. It has been a few months since i have moderated so bare with me as I get back into the swing of it.
As the name suggested there will be trivia (of varying degrees in the game that will allow you to earn clues.
Since statistically the wolves have the advantage and have won 57% of the games played on the site, I am going to try to give the humans a bit of an edge. I will be setting up 6 Talk Boxes which will contain two humans. The wolves will NOT have a TB as that will take away the advantage the humans are being given. You are not to discuss who is in the box with you but you are free to discuss anything you want in the box. This way each human has one player they can trust.
THE RULES
1) You MUST be active. Especially if you are a wolf.
(i)If night times out more than once. I will give a very easy clue to one of the wolves identities.
(ii) If a human is MIA for more than one day, the seer's identity will be given to the wolves.
2) It does't matter to me if you RFM or not as I will be posting in BLUE - this is MY colour and no one else may use it. That way you can quickly see where and what I have posted.
3) I will not be revealing identities of players shot each round, but will instead tell you in each even numbered round how many of each type of player is left and whether or not the seer is still alive.
4) Several trivia questions will be asked at the beginning of each round (all on one topic) and may be discussed openly and if by the end of the round they have all been answered correctly a clue will be given at the start of the following round. I don't like "first to answer" because that gives unfair advantages/disadvantages to people depending on time zones.
(5) What happens in this game, stays in this game. Do not talk about what is going on in here to other players not involved in it. Do NOT go running to other games to report what is being said in here, it is very immature and akin to school girl gossip.
(6) Anyone caught breaking the specific rules of this game (or the site rules for games) will be ejected from the game. The restriction of no conversations outside the game extends until the game is over, even after you are shot/eaten. If you want to know what is happening in game you can follow it after your demise.
As usual, I am running a democratic game, and the players do have a say in things. If I have missed something or there is an element that you'd like added to the game (or taken away) let me know and it will be taken into consideration..

Well, hopefully we won't have any trouble with rule #1, but you never know for sure. Rule 3 and 4 sound interesting.
Can I post in this color? It isn't TECHNICALLY blue, but it is pretty close. I'll change for this game if you want.

Sure Rhy that colour is fine. I just like to keep my posts in a separate colour from everyone else. That way you can scroll down quickly and find anything I have said either on a player's npost or in my own.

SHOULD the seer be allowed to out themselves to their boxmate? OR should that person remain in the dark as well?

Sure.
EDIT: Sorry, didn't read the question right. I guess "Sure" wouldn't help much, eh? Yes, the seer should be able reveal inside the talk box

Thanks for adding me. Gosh after all this time -- I thought we were already friends!
Sara is doing much better today. Her vital signs are back to normal. Now she has to "learn to eat again" and we get to go home. Probably sometime tomorrow. Don't look for it to be early since they have to take out the central line. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers.

Hey Guys, please this game may take a while to fill up, as OC is also running a game. He and I sort of made an agreement that whoever had more participants the other would shut down their game so the players could join the other game. It is up to you if you want to leave and join his game, eel free to do so, I will keep this game open so you can rejoin after you are eaten or shot.
His game only needs 5 more people. He is going to encourage his players to join us after his game is done.

I think the Seer should NOT be able to reveal their identity to anyone. My vote is no.

Welcome back LH! Glad to hear that the surgery went well. Nice to hear you had an enjoyable holiday. That pic is me when I was about 7 or 8 skiing in our backyard (well trying to ski).
NOTE:I've decided in addition to being able to earn clues (as a team) you will each be individuality afforded the opportunity to win immunity for yourself in each round. Participation in the immunity challenge is not required, but of those who opt to play one will be granted immunity for a given round.
Since the first round is all random voting and there is no way to predict who the computer will select to shoot, this will begin in round 1 (for round 2 immunity).

YEAH.... I was sending out PM's to active players and when I got to your name ~ I was sad that you had not been on in a LOOOONNNNGGG time! So glad you could join. It may take a while for the game to fill up ~ but it will be worth it!

Welcome Skybert. hopefully it won't take too much longer. Question that you don't have to answer if you don't want but to make thimgs fair I will be asking geographically relavant questions so as to not favor the North Americans I will look stuff if I have to. To the same end I don't want to favor a certain age group so if you are willing to please place yourself into one of the following brackets
1. Under 20
2. 20-29
3. 30-39
4. 40+
Mostly I am more concerned with people being "too young" to know stuff that seems obvious to me or some of the other "older" players. I don't want to give unfair advantage to anyone. If it is possible I will try to pair teams to cross all age groups.

Houston.....Lots to do. Galveston is not far. Beach and lots of cool shops. Spent my summers in Houston as a child, my grandparents lived there. There is a cool zoo and science emporium.

Good to see I'm not the only "old" one here. I agree that you are only as old as you feel. But I tell ya part of me is really dreading the jump form group 3 to group 4 in a few months. I ran into a friend a few days ago at a playgroup we hadn't seen each other in a few years and stated chatting and talking bout things that happened back in High School like it was yesterday. I know It wasn't but it sure doesn't seem like it was 20 years ago either.

Superman77 has just requested to be added to my friends list so he can join our game. I don't normally allow adds by people I have never played with or who have not played with players I trust, but he has 42 gmes logged so he should know what he is doing. Anyone know him? With him joining the game we only need one more player so I am guessing we should be underway by Saturday afternoon or evening at the latest.
Look for your first immunity challenge early in round one to win immunity for round 2. The round's trivia category will be all about me. Don't worry you don't actually have to know anything about me to answer the questions between GOOGLE, and common sense they are all answerable.
Round 2's category will be "Comic Catch Phrases".
Still working on the following rounds.
