tests- (by the way, tests not solved in the previous round will stay in the next round and replace one of the new riddles)
Humans:
1. Which three letters are used to spell the thing that moves objects, is heat, and you can't live without? (sound it out) (hint-think physics; what two things cannot be created nor destroyed? matter, and what?)
2. I am on top of a star and pushed down many times. what am i?
3. what walks on four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three legs in the evening?
4. True of false: mice like cheese.
Wolves:
1.a man goes outside, looks around and sees a penguin. he then kills it for his family, comes back, and eats it at home. What color is his house?
2. A man is running on a high platform. at the edge, he jumps, and falls a distance more than 5 times his heigt. hoewver, he is completely unharmed. he then touches a fish and dies. who is he?
3. a man is bad at counting. he starts counting and dies. what happened?

Aw man, I was hoping someone else would get this one right. We can discuss these here, right? We just can't post the answer?3. what walks on four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three legs in the evening?
This one I learned back when I was maybe 6 or 7 from an episode of My Little Pony. (The really old show, back before it was hip to like MLP. ) It's the sphinx's riddle, isn't it?I'm going to hold my vote for now. I want to try to look more into our clue from last round.

Think I got the first one. I'm not sure about #2, 3 is easy, and 4 I'll look into a bit more.
Pretty sure I got all but number 2 about the star
Yeah...anyone have any clue about that one?
Hey poofi, can you tell us if we shot a wolf/if the seer was eaten?

Well this round didn't go very well. Not much discussion was done. And to that end, why are the only two votes both for people who at least posted this round? Can't/Shouldn't we shoot the non-talkers first?

We eat healthy and because of it, we are known as the healthiest place on earth (until mcdonalds was introduced)
This is the clue given to us at the end of last round. We won't have enough blessings to get another clue until at best Round 4 (we need 10 pts right?). Anyone make anything of this clue? I'm going to dig around a bit, see if I can find even a tiny lead.

I'm going to switch my vote to fishstic, because I agree with elios. We should vote for someone who hasn't posted.
I don't have anything to add. I have no ideas about who could be a wolf or not.
Okay then, I'll switch again to Waylander.
I'm getting nowhere with the clue. It's a bit vague - a lot of places claim to be the healthiest on earth.
I'm joining fishstic's vote on waylander. He's probably not a Wolf, but he is 2 days inactive; not horribly Inactive, but I don't want to shoot those who are more Active by comparison.
Edit to add: Oh, oops, I meant kitty's vote on Waylander. I thought fishstic had voted him, too ... sorry!

Could the clue mean to look for a really unhealthy place after the introduction of McDonalds?

The answer to the first human riddle was "NRG" because the thing is energy, and the hint was sound it out, and if you sound it out, "NRG" sound like energy.
