Good evening members of the council, as the representative to Brazil I feel like now is a good time to address our fair nations views on this crisis and pledge our allegeince in bringing these rogue states to justice.

Our first order of business is the security of our own borders. As a precaution, Brazil will be expanding into nearby locations to scout local activity and expand our avenues of intelligence. As order of the president himself, we are to annex Trinidad and Tobago as the nations first imperative. For your reference this operation will be secretly code named Tropical Princess.

Our relative isolation from some of the other nations of the council gives us plenty of freedom to operate within our own designs while still remaining a valuable asset in potential operations against our North American neighbors. Though the [colro=green] USA is more potent in forces, our head of international security says not to sweat it. Yet though we are capable in war, we only crave peace. In fact, we are deploying our top man to the States now to commence early operations, we will report any news of his findings.

My Brazilian comrade, I urge you to cease and desist your operations in Trinidad and Tobago at once. The Russian Federation has already been granted approval by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago to conduct our own operations in this tropical paradise, and any activities carried out on its soil without the authorization of the Government will be viewed as an act of war, and treated accordingly. I need not remind you that the Brazil-Russia Strategic Alliance has resulted in many benefits for both our nations. It would be a shame to lose such a valuable ally as yourself, but we will not tolerate this incursion. We have troops stationed in Venezuela, Bolivia, Uruguay and in submarines just off your coast, waiting to enter your territory and lay siege to your land if you do not recall your forces from Trinidad and Tobago within the hour. You have been warned.

As for the [colro=green] USA and China, we are monitoring your activities closely, and any action taken against our nation will be dealt with. Have a nice day, Comrades.

Lest we forget the French? Home of things such as baguettes, croissants and Brie cheese. Yum.

Though my alliance is primarily with the Germans and English, I'm willing to extend our friendship across continents. As the Germans seek help in their time of need, I'll turn my attack on Nigeria (nad), as a smaller and weaker nation, less devastation will ensue.

In my self-proclaimed expert opinion, I'd state that the two rogues lie on opposing continents. I am cleared, and I'm inclined to trust my neighbor to the north. Brazil and Nigeria are the sole nations on their continent represented here this evening, so I'm leaning that they lack support of their fellow countries. A country such as China or UK could easily rile up other countries. UK has Ireland at their disposal and China could gain Mongolia, Cambodia, etc. I am not stating that UK and China are rogue, but I'd put a European and an Asain as the statistically most likely rogues. Early inclinations lead me to a France/China combination nonetheless. Switching vote to the French representative.

I assure you, these official sounding demands to stay away from Trinidad are most familiar to me. The issue is moot, for our advances were robustly repelled and we did not achieve our objectives for Operation Tropical Princess.

Rest assured we have troops monitoring the situation

Don't underestimate the French army, or the French navy, Mr. USA. That could be the key to your downfall...

Brazil supplies the beautiful women's volleyball teams, so they are currently a no go zone in terms of national destruction.

Precisely my point. Your post about the European allies, you say you're aligned, but they don't know you're playing them. If anything, I've overestimated them. Your military victory rate is not something I'd have brought up if I were you. America will not stand for French uprising once more. My eyes remain ever vigilant on you.

Note, this new color is UnitedStates.

So it came to pass, at the end of the first week of negotiations and diplomacy, that Nigeria emerged as the least trustworthy nation.
It didn't help their cause that they were so quiet, but their lack of effort has cost them greatly.
The assembled nations dispatched a force each in the following week, and saw Nigeria's existence reduced to dust and memories.

Alas, the spy network was able to discern, too late, that Nigeria was in fact a peaceful nation, and the two rogues are still plotting and poisoning the ears of those genuinely seeking peace.

The Spy network makes their way to one of the nations, hoping to unearth vital, life and nation saving knowledge
