Trick or Treat
The school kids in Sleepy Hollow were anxious for the night of tricks or treats. . . . . . it was a custom for the 4th grade class to go out together. This year, there were 15 students, willing and ready to hit the neighborhoods for all the candy they could get. Before trick or treating began, they started off the evening with a party at Minotaur's house. His parents were great about throwing parties, and everyone showed up. There were games, contests, food, music and scary stories around a bonfire in the back yard. Minotaur was so proud to have his entire class at his house. He was especially proud that his father allowed him to start the bonfire all by himself. He so wanted to impress his girlfriend, the Abominable Snow(wo)man. For sure, she was impressed. . . . others were too, especially a couple other girls in the class who had crushes on Minotaur. The party was ending and the kids were getting their costumes perfected, and their pillow cases ready to be filled with candy. Off they went . . . . going door to door, first starting in Minotaur's neighborhood, then moving on to the surrounding neighborhoods until all of their sacks were completely filled. Little did they realize, that Minotaur and the Abominable Snow(wo)man were missing. Did they even start out with them? After about 20 minutes of trick or treating, Tom the Cat realized her best friend, the Abominable Snow(wo)man, wasn't with them. Then, she realized Minotaur was missing as well. "Not to worry", Scooby Doo spoke up. "I bet they are lagging behind, holding hands and stuff", piped in Gumby. . . . so the kids went on their way, not thinking one thing about their friends absence. . . . . . boy, would they be shocked to realize what exactly happened to their two friends. . . . . . Minotaur, poor kid, fell into a sewer drain, and was washed out to sea, and the Abominable Snow(wo)man wasn't paying attention to the group, because of her insistence of never stepping on a crack, oh how she loved her mother and didn't want anything to happen to her back . . . . was ran over by a speeding car. She was so far behind the group, not one of them heard a thing. . . .
Two tragic accidents? Hmmmm . . . . . looks like it, right? There's a rumor going around, that Minotaur committed suicide. Why? He was part of a secret club, that allowed him to turn into a grey, hairy beast at night, and he just couldn't take it any longer. . . . . after all, he was changing right in front of his classmates, and was about to be found out. Maybe he did commit suicide. Maybe not. Maybe his fellow wolves threw him under the bus. . . . or, I mean, shoved him into the sewer drain . . . .
Once they returned to Minotaurs house, they realized their two friends were truly missing. The police were called, all the kids were questioned, and as you can imagine, not one of these kids returned to their own home, hungry for candy. . . . .

Minotaur was a wolf, so that explains why 4Demo was eaten, kinda sorta. It's also possible that neither of the other two wolves voted and the computer picked off the first human alphabetically. Possible, but probably not the case, even though 4Demo just voted for Minotaur as a SPV.
Holding my SPV on Death. ( did I say that? )

Cool! ok SPV right now. I would like to think Minotaur voted for a human so Longhorn is clear in my book.

One of the 4, Hadleigh appears to have logged in today but still not voting, but since she lives in Australia, it could just be a time difference. LH usually misses rounds on weekends while she's being Mommy. Same with ppjones as far as missing weekend rounds. Mathgeek appears to be truly mia unless he shows up in the next 1/2 or so.I really hate to see the computer pick again leaving the votes Mo0, so unless someone else wants to join my Mathgeek vote, I'll join someone else's vote on one of the other 4 listed above. I'll be back before the round ends to see how things stand then.
