We lost Gizzer. Who didn't give us much other than "Elios was the only option left". I'm not sure what this says about GA's theories because it could go along with his first one or it could be the boss reading along and trying to trick us. I'm going to put a Safety in for Elios for now but I'm more than happy to switch votes in the morning when I get back on.

Note: Edited for voting list.

Voting list:

JamFish : Elios
Rhythmic : Elios
GreenApples27 : Elios
RGW4 : Elios
Elios : JamFish

Really? ok... I am preparing a post.. hopefully everyone will wait for my post... remember I asked EVERYONE to hold off voting until we discussed this? You sure have put a wrench in this thought JamFish... good job running on your own schedule Sammy.

Wow... I had some first thoughts...so I am going to post them here now. I said it last round... employees CAN win this if we use logic and how the vote went. I also said it was important to not jump to a vote until we discussed this, however, Jamfish is on his own agenda... but I really expected that too - however, now its making me rethink how I thought this would go.

Here are the stated votes last round:

JamFish : Gizzer
Elios : Gizzer

Gizzer : Elios
GreenApples27 : Elios
Rhythmic : Elios

RGW4 : JamFish

I said I like the way the six votes went, it would tell us a lot... the firing has taken me for a loop, but I feel almost 100% sure that if the employees work together, we can get the boss fired.

Now...Gizzer stated a vote for Elios. If Gizzer could vote, she voted for Elios. I have no doubts about that... I have played in many game with her and never have I seen her not confirm her vote as an employee Sadly the fact remains, she could be the rat and she did not have a vote and she did not hack the system... making her an optional firing. I truly am looking at that as an option. If Elios is the Boss, Gizzer would have shown up as her rat on her firing list this round, because Elios had at least a 1/3 vote on her. Gizzer sort of reconfirmed that in the last round how that would happen, making me think she was sort of letting Elios know what to expect.

So, okay, my first thought is that Elios is the Boss and Gizzer sacrificed herself for the cause. If this indeed did occur... 3 thumbs up to you Gizzer for doing your best to protect the boss.

My problem with this scenario... is Jamfish. Here is where I am at with him...

I am cleared, Rhythmic is cleared... and unless Greenapples had lied somehow in his posts, he hates Math (I can not quote why I know that, but I absolutely know this to be true – this comment is based on the rules).

So... with only 5 players left, only Elios or Jamfish is the boss.

Now comes the fun part, the part where the boss either wins, or he is found out and loses.

If I was the rat...I obviously would try to sway your vote. Hmmm, is that a problem? Maybe... but only the rat or the boss would try to sway you wrong. "If" both are still in the game, then my entire theory truly is a problem... but I have to leave this to you to decide.

If Gizzer is not the rat... then she had voted for Elios, clearing Elios. Hence why Jamfish put a wrench in the fire... If you vote for the boss and are fired, the person you voted for can not be the boss – but you jumped right in with a vote for Elios. You know in early rounds, it's easy to say someone may not have voted for someone, but that only occurs with people who only come on, post and leave... not players who are fairly active... or not as skilled as Gizzer. Like I said, if she could vote, she voted for Elios. And if that was the case – only JamFish could be the boss.

Okay guys...here's the bottom line... if Rhythmic and myself are cleared... that only leaves GA, Elios and Jamfish as possible boss.

Who wants to challenge GA on his like of math? I will not, I know better. Does the boss or the rat want to come forward now and challenge this? Gizzer stated it earlier, I confirmed it – and I know GA confirmed it a couple times. GA... if you are the boss, you are winning it on a tainted ballot... something will not jive with the math statement.

This only leaves me with Jamfish and Elios as boss...rat position really does not matter if you are an employee... this is a math problem (I will help you out GA)

For any argument, let's say the rat is still with us (I think the rat was just eliminated)... we have 5 players, only 3 votes count. So, our voting this round MUST vote for only two players... oh yeah, we only have two possible bosses. – Elios or Jamfish.

Jamfish has already voted for Elios. It is safe to say Elios should vote for Jamfish.

My thought is that Elios IS the boss and Gizzer was her rat... and Gizzer sacrificed herself for the cause. I know in my heart it is only a 50/50 percent chance., but I am leaning toward my evaluations now correct by the way the vote went. I truly encourage all players to vote for Elios. If at the end of the round Elios is not the boss, then those reamaining players vote for Jamfish. However, with Gizzer being fired... this could only work if the rat was fired a few rounds ago.

Having said all this... I think it is important we all discuss this before voting... because the rat, if still here, is going to try and mess up this theory! I am currently leaning towards an Elios vote with Jamfish if it goes to the next round. If someone truly believe our boss is Greenapples.. state ..and we wll go from there.-

As of now, I will vote for Elios, I believe Gizzer was the rat. As long as we have 3 or more on one of these players, and 2 or less on the other... we shall do fine ad the employees will win. My vote is locked in... and confirmed, but very much open to a change if someone has another thought. I know, this sounds contrary to not voting in advance... but it is only a safety vote to make sure I have a vote in... no way do I want the boss to win just because I forgot to vote!

I called it last round. The boss would not fire one of the only unclears unless they were incredibly desperate.

The logic seems sound enough for Elios. That's who I'm voting for this round.

In general, I go by clears more than the memo and psyche answer. So in my mind, I have GreenApples still near the top followed by JamFish and RGW4.

That being said, I want to wait for this round to end before speculating too much.

Sweet, I think we've got this one in the bag Edit: The logic makes sense so I'm keeping my vote as is if that wasn't clear. lol.

As a response to one thing RGW4 said, however, note I used the word safety.. the same reason YOU put a vote in before anybody responded.. so you wouldn't forget to vote and get fired for it. It's not a matter of throwing a wrench in things, it's a matter of habit. I safety someone at the beginning of EVERY round and I ALWAYS state my vote. You did the EXACT same thing, just with a whole lot more speculating before hand.

Wow. Kudos to you Boss (and maybe Rat) - you have all of these guys completely snowed!

I am not the Boss. The problem is, the evidence is working in the Boss's favor so well, and s/he is using everything as an advantage. Even the voting from last round; it was soo all over the board, nothing can be proven. Knowing I am not the Boss, I'm pretty sure Gizzer was just a Lemming (ie: not the Rat).

I have no way to change your minds because the logic DOES kind of points to me as Boss. If the Rat isn't here, we get another round, right..?

My vote is solidly locked in for Jam. You've all made me the Candidate for sure this round, so I won't be fireable; my vote won't help determine anything. But, it's there. So I won't be a mandi. LOL

True Jamfish, but its usually the boss or the rat who tries to get a vote started right away near the end of the game. With that said, if Elios is not the boss, than I would highly recommend a vote for you next round. It's pretty basic though, only Elios has not been cleared someway in the game, and you have only been cleared by one single vote. Normally do not discuss these things until a round starts, but I suspect I would be the one fired if the logic failed me now!

Well, from my POV I was just cleared by Gizzer's being fired. But from where you guys stand, maybe she was my Rat. My final word on that is just to be ready for an "I told you so" next round.

you (JamFish) have only been cleared by one single vote.
I once won a game as Boss because someone who said they voted for me didn't actually vote for me (I think they were a mandi). They got fired, and for the rest of the game, the other Employees were convinced I was cleared. So when it came down to the end, they didn't vote for me. I'm kind of thinking that must be what has happened here.

GA is not a liar; he's so adamant about the math(s) thing, and so I believe him. Rhythmic was cleared by a huge margin - only Talan was fired, so no chance he was covered by mandis. And I think RGW4 is cleared by majority votes, too, though I can't find a definitive voting list for that round... So yeah. It has to be JamFish.

If it's all the same to you guys, why not majority vote on Jam this round and me the next? Is there anything I can explain or elaborate on that would change your minds about me?

Wel, at the end of last round I was thinking the boss was either Elios or Gizzer. I still believe what I said earlier about the logic being sound. I'm leaving my vote where it is.

Yes.. that would be true, had I tried to get a vote started. I clearly stated it was a safety and that I was " I'm more than happy to switch votes in the morning when I get back on." I simply voted for Elios since she was at the top of the list, I did not try to push for a majority of any form. In fact, YOU started the Elios majority.

Anyway, those are my thoughts. Still keeping my vote as it is now. If Elios isn't the boss, I'm sure the boss would win anyway, so feel free to do a majority on me or anyone else next round as I have no clue where I'd even begin to put my vote.

Don't see why you would worry if the vote is on you Elios... its not like you'd be in a position to be fired by being a lemming, only by being the boss. The fact remains... I think everyone will vote for Jamfish next round if this is not the last round - -

It's an expression. To "eat crow" is to shamefully admit you were wrong. I just meant it jokingly. In all honesty, thanks to some clever Boss behavior and plain coincidence, I do make a good Boss candidate. But now it's time to move on to a new target.

Well, I did not expect that. JamFish, you can give up, RGW4 knows I'm not the boss. The Psyche Answers just cannot be me. It's your bad luck that RGW4 knows me. Otherwise you would probably win. Also, PYTHON, extremely disappointed in you.

Elios, sorry to jump the gun on you! Rhythmic is clearly the rat. RGW4 is going to be fired, and Elios it's going to be up to you to decide the game. Elios, go through all our posts in The Krackahs talkbox, you will find that the first Psyche Answer definitely clears me beyond doubt.

JamFish, you only got so far on a technicality and screw up on PYTHON's behalf.

My point, the boss never said they had a favourite. They just picked one at random. It could be you. Considering Rhythmic and RGW4 are clear my guess is you specifically chose math(s) because you knew it was a way to clear yourself when it wasn't possible through votes (because you are the boss). You use the loophole in the question to avoid lying in the psych answer, and the people who knew you from previous games to confirm this belief. It's too bad you're still going to win. Honestly though, props to you. You've been playing a hard confusing game from start to finish.

My point Jamfish... is that in round one, the psych question was:
Psych Question: What subject in school is/was your favorite subject in school.

The answer was: What was my favorite subject in school? You expect me to not only like something in school, but to remember it as well? If I MUST choose, I would say math. Simply because it is a no thinking required subject which always has a correct answer. No "if", "and" or "but". I honestly don't see how this reflects on my ability to run this company, though. My education should say enough on it's own.

This answer was not in the memo, it was in direct response to the psych question and it had to be answered honestly. I think it was. For someone like GA, who despised math in school, to say it is his favorite now...would be pretty hard to swollow as saying it was his favorite. Like he quoted, he has said it several times in games, interview, etc.... so, it quite clear to me that GA is not the boss, even Gizzer acknowledged this because she has played several games with GA.

With Elios cleared now... there should be no doubt where the vote should go. You have already acknowledged the vote is probably coming your way. The more someone tries to find excuses for why you can not be the boss, the more you look like it.

Yes, I expect to be fired. The point again... GA did give three examples of his hate for math. He could have said more... sometimes he sounded like a broken record in games to state his dislike for math. Re-read his comments in those three links he gave - hard to conceal that now. Even if he now likes math, there is no way he could claim that is his favorite class in school... unless he lied then, or now. I just don't see that.

Elios, I like my crow with a side of corn on the cob if possible. Sadly, your one comment about going for jamfish this round and you next round just seemed to be a plea of a boss to sidestep the vote.

Good luck all.

Yes but if you look clearly at the memo, there is no stated favourite. The boss doesn't say that math is their favourite subject, they indirectly stated that they dislike(d) school and can't remember it. The answer beyond that is not necessarily and answer, but rather a random subject on a whim because the boss "MUST" choose a subject to answer with. Therefore it's completely (and 100% accurate) that GA has chosen math(s) as a way to pull the wool over your eyes. I wish there was a way I could prove myself (other than the fact that GA is now the ONLY un-cleared player in this game, though you've found loopholes in that to make me seem suspicious) but I can't, so I will sit here, laugh if I'm fired (oh wouldn't that be classic, if I'm fired, do me a favor and vote GA .. PLEASE) and await the next round. This game is obviously in the bag.

No, JamFish, the only way I could have possibly said that maths was my favourite subject, was to not have a favourite anyway, and there is sufficient evidence that Latin and Classics are my favourite subjects. To answer maths for that question, or to even state that it's simple is a complete and utter lie. Elios and RGW4 know me very well, and one of them will be in the final 4 with us, so your game is up JamFish.

Elios, when I get onto the home computer instead of my iPhone, I'll go through The Krackahs talkbox and find you even more evidence to clear me.

JamFish, you screwed up by firing Gizzer. I'm too well known to have you try claim this boss is me!

Sorry for the double post, but I wanted this post to be solely dedicated to even more evidence proving I am not the boss.

Here in a TWG I state without any doubt that Latin is by far my favourite subject in school: LINK

Go down to my post which was 11th from the bottom. It states, and I quote, "Also, xxsoftballxx13x, yes Latin is a subject offered at our school. I love it. This is my third year taking Latin and it is by far my favourite subject."

Not only does this again prove maths is not my favourite subject, but it also proves that there are subjects (Latin and Classics) that I actually enjoy, and therefore also proves I am not the boss, because Jam's idea is that I dislike all my subjects, therefore I didn't have a favourite/least favourite, and therefore could answer with maths.

So, JamFish, your game is over. Good game, though!

Oh, perfect, found some more solid evidence about my hatred of maths, and therefore proving there's no way in this world that I would ever be able to answer it as my favourite subject: LINK

Go down to my post which was 6th from the bottom! It says, and I quote, "But some, uh, "maths enthusiasts" in my class would probably be studying voluntarily, but I hate maths and won't study unless school is actually open.".

I know I haven't been cleared by votes, but I have been more than cleared by the first Psyche Answer. There is no way in this world that I could have put down maths as my answer, as not only is it not true, but it's actually the furthest from the truth I could possibly get.
