Welcome to Round 4!

Frightening Fall Fatalities. . . . .

The Country was recovering from a hot, dry Summer, and looking forward to the rewards of Fall. Yes, Fall was here, bringing cooler days, chilly nights and the turning of leaves to the beautiful shades of red, orange, yellow and brown. You could smell Fall in the air, and it was delightful. Little did anyone know that there was a crazed maniac on the run . . . killing as they roam the country. . . . . who will be their next victim?

Unfortunately there were more than one victim. . . . . but no one has made the connection between the 4, yes 4 fatalities. . . . One main reason is because 3 of the victims, all from different areas of the country, kajish, from Hawaii, Spud from Idaho and talanpoe from California. . . . . were all reported missing, but never found. Some of their loved ones hold out hope that they will be found alive, but for Spud. . . . it's been almost 2 weeks. Hope is running out for these folks, and little does anyone know, that their dissapearances are all connected. the 4th victim, Babyjuice, who resided in Florida, was found hanging from an orange tree. . . . with a message pinned to her back. It read. . . . . for those that are unaware. . . . . she was in the wrong place, at the wrong time. . . . . how fortunate for me. The community Babyjuice was from, is hoping this is an isolated incident, little do they know, there's a mad murderer roaming the country, killing whoever they choose.

Meanwhile, north of Florida, in the beautiful state of Georgia, a family has reported their daughter missing. Unfortunately she, 4wheels, was found dead, along with her friends Chunnie and Rhythmic. They met every Thursday evening, in Chunnie's garage to practice. They were in a Heavy Metal Band that they had put together while still in High School. 4wheels was the drummer, chunnie played bass guitar and Rhythmic served as lead singer, and also played the harmonica. . . . they were a great band. But sadly, they were found dead . . . . 4wheels sitting at the drums, Chunnie still clutching his bass guitar and Rhythmic. . . . . standing at the mike, clutching his harmonica with his teeth. . . . all were still in place, as if they were still playing and singing. There was a note, hanging off the front of the drum set. . . it read - "Here's your next victims . . . . their crime? I don't like Heavy Metal." The police took this as a clue, and started thinking that maybe, just maybe these deaths were related to the others reported across the U.S. Then they received yet another call. . . . it was from Paul's wife, in New York City. . . . she reported that her husband did not make it home from work, and wanted to report him missing. The officer that took the call tried to reassure her, that maybe he was just working late, but she didn't buy it. She knew something bad had happened to her husband. . . . eventually, the police would realize this too. . . . . .

story addition to come.

Going to dinner and a movie tonight so will cast my vote now to avoid forgetting to vote when I get home.
Thinking that the wording of "rather fun" sounds fairly formal. I think I would have "lots of fun", or "a lot of fun", or something similar. Thinking older, perhaps non-North American. Will cast a safety vote for JAYO.

I'll join the vote for RG, I don't mind being cleared this round if that's the way ye wanna go but I'm not the Boss.

I think the legal age thing of 23 mentioned in the memo is a decoy; it's 18 here in Ireland

I think it might have been a reference to kal (the 23)... her birthday is next week. I have no idea how old she is, but I am sure some of you may know.

Kal's signature says "10 days until I turn 23!!!!".

These Psych answers aren't helping to pinpoint anyone. I mean, like this one: I'm pretty much always in some sort of costume, but I've never been to a costume party. xD

I'd placed a safety for Jayo sometime this morning. And I guess we're dropping the whole Bobbi vote idea...? I think I'll leave my vote on Jayo.

Voting Elios again, just a hunch and so far I've been lucky with that vote.

Edit: Vote confirmed and locked in.

Even though a a cleared player, I would normally not join in a majority, I am confident enough with the Jayo vote I am willing to risk it.

Well that would have been a dead give away on Kal if I had noticed that. It now says 4 days until I turn 23 - so she updated it today.

I haven't given up on a Bobbi vote, but I actually had a different thought...

I just had this strange thought that for last round, I think the boss would have had a chance to fire 3 people, but only two were fired. Jayo was the first to do a safety vote... and then two more joined his vote. He seemed to not come back on again before the round was over, so he may have been put in an unwanted majority.

This could have been one of several things... either the boss could only fire two and I am wrong. The boss could fire three, but chose to only fire two to put Jayo on the chopping block, or Jayo is the boss or the rat and was either not on the firing list, or firing himself was not an option.

My confusion is trying to figure out what to do. I definately do not mind the majority vote on me, but I also don't like having a tie vote... especially if both of the majority votees are employees. It really makes for a free reign by the boss on firings. If I was convinced that Jayo was the boss, then I would have no problem staying with the vote the way it is, but I am not. For now, I will stay with my vote, but as the night wears on, it surely may change.

Well, with 6 hours to go, I think it's for naught to change my vote, but I am going to change my vote for Roman anyway. It looks like we may have two mandatories. This puts the majority on me... which for those who voted for me... good luck.... hopefully the mandatories will be the only 2 the boss can fire.

It's too bad these games can't have a week-end pause function... everyone really gets busy on the week-ends.

Edit - confirmed change to Roman

Hmmmm to bandwagon or not?
Ummmm just woke up but have an odd feeling RWG might be boss or rat from his post.
Edit. something is odd about this round. I think the boss is elios, Jayo, or RWG.
Switching vote to RWG.

vote confirmed.

Reading Jake's post I have to say I thought the same thing about RGW, he is either the rat or the boss. Now rethinking my vote on Jayo. Maybe I'm not ready to put myself up on the chopping block as I am not so confident anymore
Will change my vote to avoid being a lemming. Vote changed to masoni88

Sorry to see a couple of you go... at least there looks to be no mandatories unless someone failed to confirm their vote. A definate majority on me - but alas, I am not the boss or the rat, but at least I did not ask to be cleared, so the votes were well played.

I play cautiously and having played enough games to learn strategy, I also don't try to get myself into a majority just to clear someone, well not very often. I also know that cleared players must stay out of majorities unless they really think the person is the boss.
