Boss still undercover
Its been about a week since the strange cyan spaceship landed on Pluto, and between that time no one has figured out and destroyed the boss. He has continued to ferociously attack and kidnap our best detectives, leaving everyone else in fear of one another.
The boss has almost completely stayed under the radar, while the rest of the Plutomen have anxiously hunted for him. Mr. The President still has nothing to say on this subject, and is planning a long trip at the other end of the galaxy.
In the meanwhile, I the mayor am here to inform you that I have discovered the boss's identity, but will be attacked if I give it out  . Instead, here I present to you a small clue. The boss has two small pages of paper that they carry around. What the content says you must find out for yourself.

Oh, and by the way (I just gotta tell SOMEONE about this awesomeness.) Tonight my high school team went up against the "best team in the state" and we won 47-23! Ha! HA! So much for that little rumor. But both bands played (we were better), and then at the end our percussionists had a drum-off. It was way fun.
