Oh gosh... Looks like at this point it may not be smart to be lemmings unless we're sure who the Boss is or might be. Anyone have any thoughts?

We could the majority of one thing were everyone votes for a different person and who ever the people that get fired voted for are cleared.

Let me make sure I understand. You want to have no majority so that everyone goes on the firing list and all the cleared players get fired? How do we gain from that?!?

For most people (including me) the round started during school or work.
Gizzer, I think you and I should stay out of majorities unless we're sure. Thanks to last rounds firings, the list gets smaller:
4wheels
Kaldridge
Stewie
I really dont think the memo fits slammn, masoni or nicats. I voted for 4wheels last round and as a cleared player, should have been fired. Unless I wasnt on the firing list, which I dont really understand.  Either way I think 4wheels is a good candidate for boss.

You wouldn't have been on the firing list, koin, since you didn't vote in the majority. Only those who vote in the majority can be fired. That's why cleared players shouldn't join majorities.
However, the others are talking about not creating a majority, so the cleared players have no protection, and will get fired.

Edit: Nicats, the clearing clue in the first round cleared a player from being either Boss or Rat. We know that koin is an employee.

(And, BTW, why is it taking so long to get the answer to the PQ? The interval between rounds was a full day, and we are hours into this round!)

Well, this is disappointing.
No psych question.
No immunity challenge.
I am going to bed now, and in the morning I have to drive my very ill step-father to a doctor's appointment. Therefore, I will miss most - if not all - of the rest of the round. I certainly won't be able to earn immunity if the challenge is presented. And it looks like I'll need it, since there is no majority vote happening, and no one seems inclined to start one to protect the cleared players.
Disappointing is an understatement.

I made it back before the round ends.
The results of this round could be interesting. We have two players who have neither posted nor voted, and 3 people voting for one of them.
I don't want to vote for someone who hasn't been on-line - it's a bit of a waste to vote for someone who might be a mandatory firing.
I've voted for masoni88.
