Nicats is looking like the Boss with the poor spelling and grammer in her post, (as the memo answer also had a spelling mistake). Or there again, like a rat trying to protect the Boss with these mistakes in her post...

Got to go with Deb based on this memo. She lives in Texas, so it would be in character for her to hate snow and cold. I'd say those of us living in the North would either have resigned ourselves to winter cold and snow, or moved to warmer climate. Oh, and this vote is more than a "safety" I do think the murderer could be debc1.

yes i don't like the cold, in fact i am a little chilled right now 
but i wouldn't mind a good snow for christmas, then of course a rapid warm up 
last memo sounded male, this one sounds a little female
i could grugingly go with a nicats

I agree the memo sounds female, though not because males like snow as suggested above. I know lots of men who hate it as well as women who love it. I don't mind it since I'm not the one stuck shoveling it. I also love to X-country ski, tobbaggan and snowmobile. My inability to skate makes me a shame to my nation as that means I do not play hockey!
I will join the Nicats vote.

I find it intresting that 4 wheels or Camillee did not become an automatic fire. I could also see snow being an inconvenience for her. Think I will vote that way for now - 4 wheels.

you make a good point Scrub. And I hadn't thought about it before, but yeah snow would be a bit o an inconvenience for 4wheels. Not sure where she (4wheels) lives, but based on the fact the bboss has a definite opinion about snow, I would say we are looking at someone who lives in an area that receives it. Deb for instance living in Texas has probably never seen any real amount of snow (unless she used to live elsewhere) as I'm sure anytime it has snowed in TX it was gone in a few hrs and would have most of us Northerners shaking our heads and thinking "what snow". I recall when I was in S. Korea and it was the worst winter ever on record. I walked to the school in runners and a windbreaker to find they had cancelled classes because of "all the snow" I laughed heartily at that one. There may have been 4 inches of it on the ground.

Yeah, the boss could dislike snow because they recieve it, but another thought, maybe they moved away from a place that gets a lot of snow because they dislike the snow. Just a thought.

I do think Scrub is on to something with 4wheels and she lives in Michigan, I think, so she has seen her share of winter snow. Also, there is the fact that she never posted a vote choice, yet she wasn't a mandi makes it even more promising. I will join the 4wheels vote and I also suspect slammngirl could be the Rat.

Well there we have it, slammngirl92 has denied being the rat. Sorry Slammn, but I won't take you at your word on that. The rat would never admit to being the rat so saying it does not make it so. You did make a point that is or could be valid, but I think we may be on to something with the 4wheels theory. If I were not already cleared, I'd join the vote.

So are we getting a majority on 4 wheels this round. I don't understand how everything is playing out here. 4wheels has not posted in this game yet has she? How did she avoid the mandatory firing - snow said no inactives allowed.

blondie - She is active in the sense that she either voted without posting, or had no need to vote. But since she was not placed on the mandatory list, 4wheels is definitely active - just not communicative. I am wondering how she feels about turkey.
HABS - your post reminds me that even though I have lived in Colorado and call it home, I am still a Texan at heart. I absolutely love stopping what I am doing and watching the snow fall. To that end, it has been a very dissappointing fall here. Almost no snow. But I mostly enjoyed three days of skiing so far.

Just a final thought on that idea. If she is an employee, she is not helping find the boss at all.

We can't be sure of that either. Once the final person joins the game, the boss is asked to send out a memo, and the moderator must approve it. The boss may have sent the memo right away and the could sit on it for up to the length of a round (I think that is the time limit - I as a mod have alwyas pushed the memos as soon as I get them). So we don't know what the timing of the memo really is. For instance we are waiting for the next round to start right now, we could be waiting because mod has no received the memo, or we could be waiting because mod has memo and has yet to approve it. Log in times are hard to use to figure out anything.
We will just have to wait and see what we can learn (if anything) from the firings.

That is true.... when the game started, she had not been on for 2 days. When I checked on her again last night, it was 2 days again.
EDIT: I just checked again and it says 2 days. I don't understand why she is still in the game. According to the MOD, the way I read it, she should have been automatically fired.... no questions asked. ~ not just put on the firing list.

looks like we have 4 players {Camillee, Deb, Slammn, Blondie} all voting for nicats
while there are 3 players {Bradon, Buu, scrub} all voting for 4wheels.
OTHERS include: Hab ----> Camillee
Jayo --- > Slammin
Nicats --- > Camillee
Python --- >Bradon
Keep in mind that the Boss and Rat votes do not count....
Plan A: if the {Rat OR Boss} are included in the Nicats majority, that would bring the count down to 3. Then, if the other {Rat OR Boss} was in the Other category, we would have 7 people showing up on the firing list. ~ because it would now be a tie with 3 votes for each [Nicats and 4wheels]
Plan B: if the Rat & Boss are included in the votes for Nicats, ~ those players in the 4wheels vote would be listed on the firing list.
Basically, we when find out who gets fired in this round, we are going to have to analyze the information with ALL possibilities taken into consideration.

If she was the RAT, her name would just appear on the firing list but the Boss doesn't have to fire her if they don't want to.... Remember, the Boss DOES NOT know who the Rat is.... However, the RAT knows who the Boss is.....
