This rounds official watcha ma callit is... *drumroll* CHOCOLATE
I posted that part first, to make sure I was the first poster. The rest is an edit.
I think the boss is a young girl, based the psych answer. Unfortunately, that would be most people in this game.  We have kmrutledge, bookworm, kitty-cat, casey8jj, and aceofspades. I don't think casey would write that much. Kmeutledge and ace might, and bookworm and kitty-cat would.
I'm voting book, may change to another suspect later.

Having not had chocolate in years, I just decided to go and try a piece.
It tasted awful. Blah. And it was like high quality, too. Godiva.  I feel left out. But that leaves more non-chocolate candy for meeeeee!!

If by "high quality" you mean "dark," then I wouldn't recommend it. I think you should try milk chocolate, which isn't great, but then again, I don't think any chocolate could be called "great" (Although I know of a few people who would disagree). If you still don't like it, try white chocolate. WARNING: I've never had white chocolate before, so for all I know it could taste like a wet dog.

White chocolate tastes pretty much the same as milk chocolate. 
I am wondering about Thekid and casey for rat. I put forth an idea, which kitty seconded. He obvious choice if you wanted a majority would be to vote bookworm.

Oh yeah, white chocolate tastes nothing like milk chocolate. I don't mind and somewhat like white chocolate. (After some research) It's different because it doesn't contain cocoa solids like milk/dark. So, yeah.

So we have 5 voters for bookworm: JQ, kmr, me, kitty, and asteroid. We have two probable mandatories: jayo and tancw.
Which means we got 5/9. Not a guarenteed majority, if the boss or rat was among the voters.
I think the boss can fire a maximum of 3 people this round. If book is not the boss, one of the book voters is probably gone. It should be interesting to see which one.
