Okay...here's my thoughts on the memo.
The use of 1 as opposed to "one" in a sentence, which is illiterate so I think a young person still. Also the use of "favorite" in the psych answer as opposed to "favourite." This probably tells us the boss is American (which is why my vote is on celtic) but It could just be that Jayo used favorite in the question.
So my vote goes for celtic for now.

This is gonna be weird, but I actually get the feeling The_Spider wrote the memos and psyche answers, so that is where my vote is going. It just sounds like him... Urgh I don't even know why. 
My favourite trilogy is either Batman or Spiderman. And Twilight isn't a trilogy.  So that was added in to fool us, in my opinion. It's either babyjuice or The_Spider in my opinion.

If I was boss I would have answered The Dollars Trilogy (The Good The Bad and The Ugly, A Fistfull of Dollars, and For a Few Dollars More) and you can take that to the bank

good grief I dont even know any trilogies...does that mean there cant be 2 4 5 or 6 in a series of movies???Good grief...

Kinda thinking GA. The memo and psych fit. He's one of the only people I can think of that would answer transformers or dark knight and would say "yucky". Leaning away from Har and Celt a little.
My other options are OC and possibility of celt. Voting GA

We'll get nowhere with the current voting configuration. But me changing my vote at this stage achieves nothing. Either two people need to switch to celtic, or three people need to switch to OC... if you guys prefer OC to celtic this round, then I'll switch my vote, but two other people will need to do the same.

Didnt have time to change to celtic, but we still might get some clears based on the firings.
