Announcement: New Item! :: The Divination Card will replace the Magic Potion for this game. Divination Cards reveal hints about the Boss, but are much better in numbers. You have the option to save your cards and spend many of them at once to make your clues "easier." (That is, remove levels of abstraction [or "Cuils"] from the hint.) They still cost 5 points each in a 15-player game. (Note: the Cuil link is SFW, however the full tumblr...wall(?) is PG-13.)

O hai! Welcome to Jarmihi's Fabulous Game Parlor! (PARTY! -- open in new tab for ultima-fun!)
In this game, the Active Store bazaar makes a freak return as I am bored as all get out of my vacation.
You players can purchase items which allow you to "break" the game. In order to earn points to purchase the items, you must be an active player. Each post that follows the rules is worth one point. Completing challenges will earn you more points. Some items are easy to get and unlimited in number, while others require you to complete challenges to be able to purchase and are few in number if not singular.
In Round 0, if you post once, you earn a point before the game even begins!
Also, if you all could post the time zone in which you currently reside, that would be great for time co-ordination. Thanks! -- Jarmihi
Wow, there are so many games in sign-ups! This game needs to be underway by December 31 or I'll have to cancel it.

dude. i missed your games. where were you so long??? 
am in IST. but i will be away from 22nd to 29th. so might back out from the game to not spoil it for the others..
can't this store game wait till new year?? please?? i so dont wanna miss it.

Wow! I wasn't expecting so many people already! (I usually have bouts of loneliness in the registration phase.)
I don't run games during the academic terms. I put so much work into them that it would detract from my otherwise busy life. Also, it makes people miss them more and thus more likely to come back ;)
Yes, you only get one point in Round 0. After that, it's one point per post. The specific rules are described at the beginning of the first round and are linked to in proceeding rounds. If you're interested, check this out if you want to view the rules, although they are subject to change.

Wow...that was fast. Like lightning! I'm glad I checked today. Er, suffice it to say I'm underprepared, so let me take some time to properly plan out this game and then we'll be underway!

Wow, once the game started to fill, boom! We're ready to go. And I also just remembered this is the game where we're asked to avoid using green fonts, so I will do my best to remember that.
So, what did happen with bj? Did she decide to take a break from Braingle or something...?

That Cuil audio recording is creepy when it's pitch black and the middle of the night.
